Best Western Regina Elena

We just returned from Regina Elena after a two week holiday. The hotel was very good value for money compared to other hotels in Santa Margarita. We were in room 537 which had a view of the greenery. The annex building could be tidied up not pleasant to look at. Room was clean and comfortable. Quirky balcony but we loved it. Room small but fine. Needs more storage space and plastic glasses were not great in mini bar. Hotel staff were all very polite. Only one rude barman at the beach bar but that only happened once. Breakfast was plentiful but would of like more cereal and yogurt choices. We ate in the hotel 3 times all very nice. Quite a few touring groups came but we were so happy to have stayed for two weeks and loved santa margarita. Walked to Portofino and used the ferry's, busses and trains which were very good value. We were lucky to have used the hotel beach and as were later in September we only had to pay one lot of charges. Can add alot to the holiday cost. We would definitely return to the Regina Elena Hotel.

Just returned from 10 day break at the hotel. Brilliant facilities and location but what made the holiday were the staff who couldn’t do enough for you. Ten minute walk to the centre of town. Has its own private beach and beach bar. Should be 5 star rated.

First of all they have very nice 👍 rooms. Second the lobby has nice 😊 books to look 👀 at . Third the people who work here are very nice 😊 . Fourth the restaurant serves the best Pesto lasagna in the world 🌎 .I would recommend the Hotel 🏨 Imperial over the Best Western .

I went for dinner and I was very disappointed in the service and quality of the food, The Caesar salad was inedible, over dressed, and soggy. No staff member seemed to care about or ask if anything was wrong. When it came to dessert, I never received what I originally ordered. Instead, confusion, denying that I even ordered dessert. zero explanation on why I was not getting the dessert I ordered. I Paid and left. I would not recommend eating at this hotel. I felt I was not respected as a guest.

Grazie Piergiorgio for owning and running such a lovely hotel EVERY member of your staff is exceptional. I have a mobility problem and use a rollator and at all times they came to my assistance whenever necessary without my request. Grazie for our lovely modest sized room (our choice) with our side balcony with magnificent views over Santa Margherita, the sea and the hills beyond. Grazie for your high quality breakfast choices,hot and cold, we were b and b and ate out in the choice of many different pavement restaurants each evening, except on our last night, we ate on the hotel terrace, a high quality meal.and thanks Alessandra for your beautiful smile.
