The customer service was exceptional from start to finish. The reservation team was patient, professional, and very accommodating, making the booking process smooth and stress-free. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and perfectly suited to our needs. The buffet offered an excellent variety of delicious, high-quality food, ensuring there was something for everyone to enjoy. The beautiful surroundings and breathtaking views created a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, making our stay truly memorable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for excellent hospitality, great food, and a serene getaway. I would be happy to stay here again!

My Money was not in my wallet After the staff cleaned my room. I told that to the Management They responded very quick with a Perfect Reaction and Message that they have Zero tollerance for This and that they will start to investigate the case. After 1 Hour maybe they told me that the stuff Said it was not her and After telling them that I will call the Police they didnt respond anymore. After asking the reception if they want to let me pay less they said its not possible. So it seems that it happens all the time there. Very bad staff, not nice and helpful at all. Dont give people like that your Support And im an Italian. Imagine what they to do people from other countries. I will leave also some Pictures so you see also how Dirty the rooms are. As an Italian i feel responsible to Tell tourists to be very careful at that Place.

Came on my own and felt looked after the whole time. The staff were friendly and helpful, not in a fake way just genuinely nice. Made the solo trip a lot easier. Good place, good people. Would come back.

Travelled solo and the room made the whole trip for me. Proper comfortable bed, everything clean, space felt nice not cramped. I've stayed in places that cost more and felt way less looked after. Slept better than I have in ages. The rest of the resort was great too but honestly I kept coming back to how good the room just felt. Would book again just for that.

Came here with my family and we all absolutely loved it.... The kids had so much fun and the staff were so kind and welcoming toward them. Honestly the best part was the breakfast the kids couldn't stop eating.....Such a warm and comfortable place. We are already planning our next visit..
