The hotel is in an excellent location, within walking distance of many major attractions. The rooms are quite small, but functional and equipped with everything you might need. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, but the experience in the restaurant was noticeably different. The staff there were not very accommodating, and the food selection was quite poor. For example, there was only one type of cheese available, and in a very small quantity, with refills taking a long time. Additionally, there were no eggs offered in any form, and the selection of dairy products and cereals was very limited. Overall, the breakfast was a disappointment and is definitely an area the hotel should improve.

Amazing location, literally 5 min from the Tower. Nice and clean Rooms and lovely Staff. My favourite spot in town when I travel to Pisa.

This hotel is more than a 3 star. Lovely hotel, very friendly, well run, beautiful decor, fantastic location only 5 minutes walk to the Tower. Very central to local restaurants & shopping. Breakfast was buffet style Italian breakfast with a good selection of cereals, pastries, yogurt, fruits, meats & cheeses. Our room (110 - delux triple) was very spacious with comfortable beds, lots of wardrobe/drawer space. Honestly couldn’t find anything to fault with our stay, had a brilliant experience.

We stayed at the hotel for 10 days at the end of September and early October and had a wonderful time there. I will not give a detailed description of the hotel since the details given on the website are accurate. Our room (217) was on the second floor but since there are two lifts that was not a problem. The room was not large but there was plenty of storage space. The bathroom was small but again there was plenty of room and the shower was hot and powerful. There was no balcony but since there was not much of a view that didn't matter. The hotel is very central, a minute's walk from the Baths of Nero and a few more minutes to the Piazza dei Miracoli, but the street is very quiet and we were never bothered by noise. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Anyone wanting a peaceful and comfortable stay in the centre of Pisa could not do better than opt for the Hotel di Stefano.

Great hotel location, staff, rooms, facilities, roof terrace, breakfast all fabulous. Would we stay there again absolutely. The location, service was second to none. Forget the stalls in the streets just tourist tat we got all our gifts from one fab shop Barsanti 1835 Piazza Duomo 6 & 2 56126 pisa great gifts at fab prices and all genuine Italian. Food and drink pick somewhere where there are italian owners and have the best meal. We book all our holidays through Fusion Holidays if you want a holiday that is to meet your needs and not follow the herd then this is the place to book.
