Grand Hotel Bonanno

Great location for getting to The Leaning Tower, only a short walk away. A few of the hotel staff didn't come across very friendly which was disappointing. One of the waiters in the restaurant was so welcoming and friendly though, young guy with glasses, think his name is Francesco. That's what makes your experience better too. Shout out to him, that's how it's done. The room was very clean, the cleaners were friendly when we saw them which was nice. The bed was comfortable too. Air con worked ok. It would've been good to just have a kettle in our room, but I understood that this is the Italian way so I didn't make a fuss about it. Breakfast had a good selection of food, I got my lattes at breakfast however which were so good too.

We stayed here for 4 nights in June.hotel was excellent, spotlessly clean and very comfortable..the hotel staff were very professional and friendly.. especially the dining room staff and reception.hotel is a bit of a walk to centre but a very pleasant walk through some lovely streets..we will definitely stay here again when in Pisa.. thanks hotel bonanno for our stay.

Really pleasant experience at this hotel. Clean and modern rooms, really attentive staff. Food was great and really well priced.

Sadly apart from a great reception team, this hotel doesn't come up to standard anymore. We look forward to not being a guest anymore!

We needed a hotel for one night that 1. Had parking 2.was not too far from the airport 3.easy to find because our flight wasn’t due to land until early evening and 4.walking distance to the tower. The Grand Hotel Bonano was perfect for all four. Traditional, comfortable hotel, spotlessly clean and comfortable and great value for money.
