Hotel Andreaneri

23-30 Sept (RM211). Leaving today after a weeks holiday via TUI. Great hotel, all the staff are lovely, polite and helpful. Roberto manages the restaurant superbly with professionalism and friendliness. Room was clean and spacious and the food is of exceptional quality and good restaurant standard. We had a great relaxing time. A special mention to Antonella, who makes the best coffee and hot chocolate, she is a real gem and an asset to the hotel always offering a warm welcome and eager to please. Thank you to all :)

Wonderful 10 night stay at this wonderful family run hotel. Hotel and grounds are immaculate and the location is perfect for the beach and the resort centre. Big shout out to the restaurant staff especially the lovely Antonella. The food was amazing with a variety of choices for each evening meal. You made your choice at breakfast, and this meant that the service at dinner ran like clockwork. The wine list was good and very reasonably priced. If you didn’t finish the bottle, it would arrive again at your table the following night (not that we ever needed this service!!) We didn’t use the hotel’s Milano beach club. It was fully booked the first day we enquired, so we were advised to use the neighbouring RORO establishment. Beach towels were available from the hotel at €4 for the entirety of our stay and changed for clean ones on request. Only very slight negative was that due to booking through TUI we were assigned one of their designated room types which although lovely and bright and spotlessly clean, was a little bit small for a 10 day stay (with too many clothes). That being said, we have booked again for next year and can’t wait for another slice of wonderful Tuscan hospitality.

Excellent 3 star hotel. Small but spotlessly clean. Rooms are big and comfortable. Breakfasts are continental but very good selection. Dinners are very filling. Despite the reviews that I read before I went there, there is NO charge for coffee at breakfast! The staff here were excellent at every level. Rebecca at the front desk was certainly the best tour guide I came across in Pietrasante, she was so knowledgeable and I thank her for all her help. There is also a tourist information centre in the marina where you can get all the information too and the Tobacco shop to buy your bus and train tickets in advance, or even use our UK Trainline app to purchase them. Travel in Italy is so easy, we are years behind in the UK. I recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit this lively area, just bear in mind there is no Pool buy you can use one on the beach Bagno’s for a reduced rate…. Or the free beach which is approx 1.5miles away, And plenty of places to visit such as Pisa, Lucca and Cinque Terre NOTto be missed.

We booked this hotel as we thought it looked nice from the pictures. It's a family run hotel (properly family run). Staff were very friendly and helpful Some things to be aware of 1. They don't provide kettles in the room ,you have to ask for hot water from the bar. 2 you are charged for water in the dining room . 3. You are charged for coffee at breakfast. ( never had this before anywhere) 4. Pick your room , high floor sea views to the front or personally rear rooms spectacular mountain vistas. 5.Air conditioning is turned off in rooms 10.00 am to 12.00 noon ish 6. They don't like you bringing in food or drink from outside into your room. Other things Hotel is situated well for public transport Busses E26 just at the bottom of the street into pietrasanta takes about 15min and costs about £1.50 You need a debit card for each person who travels You can walk into pietrasanta but it's a good hour fourty five Trains are readily available we used train line app to book tickets in advance. Try to avoid taxis it was 30 euro for a 10 minute journey. My wife was unfortunately ill so we sought advise from the pharmacist They recommend a doctor They called him and arranged an appointment The doctor completely mis diagnosed her symptoms and would only take cash. There is a word for this !! Aperol spritz seems to the drink of choice it's everywhere it ranges from 5 euro to 10 euro pick your bar wisely A medium beer is 7 euro. Beach is readily accessible but be prepared to pay for parasols and chairs . Summary if you have read all the way down Nice hotel, some quirks freindly attentive staff, good location Relatively good value But note the above.

Attractive hotel and garden. Our bedroom was quite small balcony had not much of an outlook. Breakfast was ok 7 minute boiled eggs were like rubber! Dinner… well it was a bit hit and miss . Never quite sure what you were going to get menu got lost in translation we think. Lucrezzia was a marvellous waitress. We had a lovely time its position and access to public transport was good. Their associated beach which was supposed to be 25O metres away we couldn’t find! It wasn’t free and apparently no discount offered to the hotel guests. A musician or something might be nice a couple of nights it was a bit flat after dinner.
