Hotel Andreaneri

We have just returned from our first stay to this lovely hotel. We are regular visitors to the resort. We had a well equipped room and the public rooms, lounge and outdoor seating are delightful. Most of the guests are half-board, and every meal was very good. The buffet of starters was tasty, and I had some fantastic pasta dishes. Roberto in the restaurant is very kind and efficient. One evening, there was a large leg of veal on the menu, and it involves the chef coming out and carving it in the middle of the restaurant. It was spectacular. Breakfast was good and we ate outside and my coffee each morning was perfect Reception staff,helpful and friendly The location is slightly further than our usual hotels near the Pontile. It takes about 15 minutes to walk there, but the exercise is good after all that food! We would certainly stay again, and it is highly recommended

The service was ok except the comments from the head waitress made me feel uncomfortable in front of other guests, I get it if you are not a big eater and this may be offensive but I clearly was not being awkward i realky cant eat as much as the italians do, I could not wait to visit italyit was a dream holiday but I felt uncomfortable as the comments continued even though I asked for smaller portions of the courses. This was my first visit and experience and I was so happy and excited but the experience at this hotel was not the greatest

Just back from staying for a week in this lovely, quiet, family run hotel. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The public lounge areas very relaxing, looking onto the garden. The food is good and mainly cooked to order. (Breakfast and Dinner salad starter in the form of a buffet.) All of the staff are polite and friendly. Reception staff always ready to help with travel information. (i.e. Bus and Train times etc.) This is a good base to discover Tuscany if you are prepared to be planned and organized. We used the local bus and train services which are frequent and inexpensive. Pietrasanta, the nearest train station, is a 15 minute bus journey away. Don't forget to visit the town. It's delightful! We visited Lucca, Pisa, Siena and La Spezia (to do the Cinque Terra ports boat trip.) Also, on a local level the beach; town, with shops; restaurants; and bars are only a short walk away. We also used the hotel bikes to cycle along the sea front on the cycle track, which goes for miles in each direction. (straight and flat!) All in all we had a lovely holiday and I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Most wonderful stay in this lovely hotel. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and the service we received was exceptional, right down to remembering how you liked your coffee. We felt truly looked after and refreshed at the end of our stay. We would thoroughly recommend staying here.

We didn’t get a TUI flight, which could make anyone a little nervous if any issues. But pleasantly surprised with EasyJet, flight on time and because of the hotel we chose, we ineffect had a private transfer, greeted at airport as well as the return pickup. Hotel Andreaneri was perfect, staff, room, food, cleanliness and positioning for most sightseeing destinations. What stood out for us were the lovely trained staff, so responsive and efficient, especially the waiting personnel in the intimately styled restaurant which has a terrace to also dine on. Cinqueterra boat and train. Pisa, Lucca and the market at Forti dei Marmi. Hotel has the lovely Bagno Milano owned and run by the same family as hotel, well stocked drinks and snacks, restaurant and sun beds and shades. Don’t forget to jump on a bus and see the lovely small city of Pietrasanta. A great five star vacation. A big thankyou to The Family and Team staff. We had room 304, great view over the what is and feels like a residential area, close to bus stops. The buses accept card tap and don’t forget to validate train tickets before travelling, check timetables! 😳 Date of experience: 31 May 2024
