We would recommend this resort to any family singles or couples coming. The customer service is top-notch. The food was excellent. The rooms are clean. The showers are excellent the bedding everything they’ve thought of it all if you’re going to Tuscany, this is the place to stay..

Amazing hotel! Beautiful grounds, food and atmosphere. We did the horse riding experience e around the vineyards which was just beautiful. There were no boots to wear so make sure you have trainers on. Hats were provided though.

Great location with a bus shuttle to Sam Gimignano (which is a nightmare to park at in peak season!). Stunning grounds. Plenty of space. Plenty of sun loungers. Shade. And a big pool!! A chilled out vibe. Lots of different nationalities. Good for families. Reasonably priced considering your onsite so to speak. Delicious pasta. Not so good desserts. Great to have connecting rooms with the kids. A good set up. And a god send to have access to a washing machine with only a 7 euro charge. Bring your own power/washing sheets though.

So nice place with such helpful staff that was very warm.Poolarea was really nice and the room was big(room100) but a small tv.

We did get a very warm welcome and good information. Really relaxed place with good food at the breakfast, bar and restaurant.
