Hotel Palace Viareggio

Beautiful hotel with very kind staff. The service and the breakfast were excellent. The rooftop terrace is fabulous, and the restaurant is just perfect. We enjoyed every minute in the hotel.

This was our second visit to Viareggio but first time staying at The Palace. Our stay was fabulous, we stayed in a room with a balcony with a view of the sea, which was perfect for us. Every member of staff we encountered were outstanding and the service was impeccable. Breakfast was delicious with a vast choice to suit everyone. We had dinner on the rooftop restaurant twice, which was beautiful with absolutely stunning views. We will definitely return, so much so, we have already booked for next year.

Our stay at the Palace hotel was amazing and special. The hotel sits in an ideal location right along the beach. our room had a balcony and beautiful views. The rooms are clean, large, and well-appointed with everything you need. The breakfast at the hotel is delicious and the rooftop deck also has spectacular views and offers food and drinks. The lobby and rooms in the lobby are also beautiful. Finally, what really distinguishes this hotel is the level of service. it reminds me of the kind of old-world service you would have received decades ago. From the moment you walk in the door the front desk staff will handle every detail for you. We had never been to Viareggio and there certain customs to visiting the beach that we were unaware of. The staff made sure to explain how everything works and were quick to get on the phone to book reservations for us for restaurants and beach accommodations. One individual who deserves special mention is Gianluca Baldi. He was always available to help with recommendations and answered all of our questions and made us feel so welcome. I visited during my birthday, and he arranged to have a bottle of prosecco delivered to my room as a surprise. We loved everything about the hotel and are already planning to return.

The rooms were clean, the breakfast delicious, and the customer service second to none. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Palace Hotel and they made it so special for my wife's birthday.
