Hotel Versilia Palace

The perfect location for a seaside getaway with all the amenities. You will not find a better hotel if you are attending a concert at Teatro di Versiliana; it's a three-minute walk. The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. We were in town for only one night, but they made us so welcome and relaxed that we would have stayed longer if possible. I don't know what I enjoyed most: the huge pool, the ocean view from the terrace in our room, delicious food at the restaurant. (The dinner menu is supplemented by an open appetizer buffet stocked with an unbelievable variety of fresh seafood dishes, antipasti, and other treats.) Another very valuable amenity was the free on-site parking. A special note about a bizarre event: I clumsily fell in my room at about 6:00 pm and suffered a rather deep cut on my head. My wife and I had tickets for a concert at 9:30 pm. Despite many attempts, we could not get my head to stop bleeding. It looked like we would miss the concert to go to a hospital where I would certainly have waited hours to be treated. But no. Massimo at the front desk summoned a doctor to come to the hotel. He was there in 20 minutes. I got three stitches, and we had time for a wonderful dinner before we enjoyed a leisurely three-minute walk to the theater. We loved every minute (almost) of our stay at the Versilia Palace. Thanks to Massimo and the entire staff, what could have been a catastrophe became a temporary delay in our plans.

Wonderful hotel. Can’t praise it enough. Each and every member of staff are trained to always give 100% amazing service with a smile and extreme professionalism. Ideally placed and exceptionally clean and well looked after.

Hotel with parking, a nice reception, and a recently renovated bar/restaurant area. Our room was less contemporary in style but nice and large, a suite with a double bed, a small bedroom, and a bathroom. The bed had a high and very comfortable mattress, very fine sheets, and good furnishings. Nice bathroom with enough space, but a little dark. We only stayed one night and could not use the pool. Good breakfast, although we had to eat it at the bar, because despite being "pet friendly," our little dog was not allowed in an otherwise empty restaurant. Friendly and efficient staff, except for the maître. We checked in at 8:20 pm the night of our arrival and rushed to the restaurant, but the maître kicked us out of the restaurant rudely and told us that the restaurant closed at 8:30 pm, even though they should have been serving dinner until 9:00 pm. They didn't even offer room service because the chef wanted to leave. We were forced to go out at 8:45 pm, tired after a long trip, because the restaurant refused to provide us a meal. Too bad because without that bad experience, I would have had a better impression.

I had a great stay, thank you to the hotel staff for this experience! Very clean, very helpful and friendly staff, great location, would stay again if I come to this part of Italy again. The arena around is also great for those wishing to try good Italian food!

Enjoyed our stay loverly hotel very clean friendly staff Breakfast was fanatic everything you could want for a continental breakfast We went with my daughter who had her own room they got our rooms muddle up so she got the bigger one with a walk in wardrobe which she would not give up 😂 Definitely go back
