A quiet, deeply restful 24th wedding anniversary by the Mediterranean coast 🌊 We found exactly what we needed at The Sense Experience Resort in Follonica, Tuscany—far from the crowds, wrapped in peace, warmth, and the simple joy of being present. Somehow, the photos don’t quite capture how special it feels here. From the moment we arrived, the welcome was heartfelt. We were escorted to our sea-view room and greeted with a complimentary sparkling toast. While Prosecco and champagne aren’t quite for us these days, it still felt meaningful to raise a glass to 24 years. Instead, I savored the beautiful local wines and the freshest seafood—each one a reminder of where we were. Every member of staff made it personal, greeting us with “Buon Anniversario.” A special thank you to Anya, Estefano, Pinky, and the wonderful wine expert whose name I sadly missed—your warmth and knowledge made our stay even more memorable. Slow mornings in the sun, gentle walks by the sea, and evenings watching the sunset… all wrapped in genuine, thoughtful hospitality. It’s the kind of place that leaves you feeling rested, renewed, and quietly romantic. Just over an hour’s flight from London, yet it feels like a hidden paradise. A perfect little escape for our 24th 🤍 Looking forward to come back!  Grazie ✨

Wunderschöne Hotel for pieceful vacation. Amazingly located on the beautiful beach with restaurant outside. Absolutely perfect breakfast with all you need and very professional crew. The rooms are very nice, clean and spacious. Various sport activities for free add the value to this place!

We chose this hotel to enable us to have some rest time after driving around Tuscany. Perfect choice. Everything about it was relaxing - from the beautiful breakfast to the lovely touch of turning down your bed at night. No getting up early for sunbeds as you are given the same one for your whole stay. A lovely gentle 20 min bike ride (bikes free from hotel) into the cute town for alternative eating options (restaurants within hotel are pricey but as you would expect at a 5* hotel). Beautiful clean beach. Wonderful two nights here and would definitely come again.

Wonderful hotel in a beautiful setting... in follinica Lovely private beach. Beautiful room...we got an upgrade which was lovely. This really is a 5 star...from cleanliness to service...friendly, knowlegable and extreemly helpful. We loved it. Restaurant staff great. The food was really good in the restaurant. Breakfast lots of choice, really good service. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff they were more than helpful.
