Torretta Hotel

Hotel Torretta was amazing everything we asked for. Food was delicious. Staff were very polite and friendly. Lots to do around the area.

I recently stayed at the Hotel Torretta as part of a group. We stayed for one week, and took most of our meals at the hotel. All three meals- breakfast, lunch, and dinner- were excellent. Breakfast was mostly the same daily- the usual eggs, bacon, toast, hams and cheeses, fruits, and yogurt. The daily cakes served with breakfast were varied and all excellent. Lunch was typically a salad bar, with other interesting salads or pastas on a rotation. One day there was pizza that I really enjoyed! Dinners included an antipasto bar with salad, a pasta course, a choice of several main courses daily, and dessert. Again, all excellent. The pasta dishes were a highlight. The facility is very well-maintained. Some might consider the decor dated, but everything is in excellent condition and very comfortable. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The AC in my room satisfied my American taste for AC when the daytime temperatures reached the upper 90°s (F). I highly recommend this hotel!

We stayed here with our 15 year old son for a week in July , . The staff were unbelievably polite &helpful for our entire stay and the family room we stayed in was perfect for teens who wanted their own bit of space, The breakfast had a good selection , we ate one at lunch and once at night and value for money and quality of food could not be faulted , all in all we definitely hope to make a return visit next year ,

We are just waiting for our train to return to Pisa Central Station. This was kindly booked by the gentleman on reception. What can I say about Hotel Toretta? We arrived on Thursday 23rd July and on arrival received a kind and polite welcome from the lady on reception. We were shown to our room, which although basic, was superb. The bathroom was spotless. Perfect. And a clean bathroom is important to me. We had a front facing room with a beautiful view of the mountains (Montecatini), and swimming pool. The winning point was the bed, the comfort as unbelievable. We both slept better than ever have before in hotel beds! We had a swim every day. Be warned the pool water is freezing, but on a hot day this is a dream!!! The restaurant we only used for breakfast. This was continental and some bacon m, scrambled eggs and cereal. The staff a middle aged gentleman and young lady with dark hair were fantastic. They work so very hard but they are always extremely friendly and try to accommodate needs of all guests x. During our week an English orchestra were there. So we had the extra pleasure of listening to them whilst ever they practised. Montecatini is the perfect spot if you wish to visit Pisa, Florence, Lucca, Viareggio, and Pistoia. For us it turned out that Lucca far outweighed Florence and Pisa, as it is quieter and less touristy. But the winking point of our holiday is Montecatini Terme. A beautiful town, with all you need. Restaurants, cafes, and a fab supermarket Conad. That caters to all needs Grazie Mille a Toretta. Anna e Gareth, the quiet English couple en camera 208 xxx

A wonderful hotel great location, free carpark opposite and private parking behind. Family run hotel Staff are amazing and friendly always on hand to help. Facilities are great swimming pool and gardens are fantastic. Great breakfast, evening meal comes at an additional cost but well worth it a different menu each evening. Handrail to pool & jacuzzi for easy access if you have mobility issues. Plenty of places to visit within a 10 min walk. Will definitely return.
