Inefficiency at the reception, always long time waiting, often 2 people at the office are serving the same customer. The restaurant staff is very poor, with bad manners. We had a family dinner in 5 people, they quickly served 2 of us that ordered fish and the rest of us that ordered the pizzas had to wait over 30 minutes for their dinner while the other 2 had finished already. We asked to the waitress for how long we had to wait and she was very rude and arrogant. Finally the pizzas arrived, they were as hard that i could use them as a frisbee, I'm not kidding!

I thought the apartments were lovely and the staff very nice. The curly haired lady at reception is brilliant and very helpful. Rooms are clean and tidy and grounds are nice. Only down side I’d say was the breakfast which is poor (fake juice, ham, cheese, small bread selection, odd tasting croissants and some cereal). In addition the location. It isn’t bad per se as it isn’t too far from the beach if you’re at the beach end of the grounds. A 5-15 min walk should get you to the beach. The railway track surrounding the grounds is a pain in the back side. By foot or scooter google maps takes you to the wrong side of the premises and if it’s your first trip there you’ll end up on the opposite side without a key card to gain access and you’ll have to either walk for 40 mins to correct it or grab a cab which isn’t easy to do if arriving at night.

My family and some staff to my handicaped brother went to Italy in May this year. The staf on the hotell were WONDERFUL and did their best, even that we arrived at a time when nothing were opened at the area at the hotell. They were always polite and did their best for everyone. I really recommened this hotell, but be sure that your room is a bit from the railway.

Absoluty fabulous location. We had a appartment only a few steps from the pool area, which was great with the children. The hotel staff are extremely attentive, helpful and personal ( special mention to lovely receptionist Giulia 🔝) . We recommend in 100%.

Very nice resort. The flat we have been assigned was very nice, large and confortable. The only point for which we have a small remark is that the flat was closest to the railroad and particularly both of our bedroom looked out on the railroad...during the night the passage of trains disturbs. Next time we would like to be located on the opposite side of the resort.
