SUMMARY The location is very good, but the food and ski storage are poor. LOCATION A few hundred meters from the lower cable car stations, right next to the road. There is parking in front of the hotel. The ski bus stops right outside. ROOM The room furnishings are older but acceptable for a three-star hotel. The room is large enough for the number of guests. STAFF Everyone was nice but seemed inexperienced in hospitality. FOOD AND SERVICE 1. Organization of dinners: The logistics were completely unmanageable, with delays of up to 30 minutes between courses, which was unbearable for families with children. 2. Hygiene: During one dinner, we noticed a strong chemical taste on the cutlery, probably from dishwasher residue. 3. Breakfast: The selection was extremely poor, with no hot buffet and a minimum of fruit and vegetables. There was one coffee machine for 40 people, and the same selection of ordinary white bread was served every day. The same goes for the cold cuts: it was always the same type of salami, ham and sliced cheese. Even compared to other 3* Italian hotels, this is a below-average experience. SKI FACILITIES: The ski room is in poor condition. Access via steep stairs with broken railings is dangerous, half of the boot holders do not work, and the area is not secure. CONCLUSION: The only benefit of this hotel is its location. Due to the poor organization of meals and neglected ski facilities, I will definitely avoid it next time.

We stayed at the hotel for six days. In general, the food was good, with a broad selection. However, the restaurant staff was not well organized. The food did not arrive at the same time for everyone, and the time between the first and last person being served was 3–5 minutes. The hotel had a shuttle car (the price was not informed beforehand) that drove us 2 km. When the trip was over, the driver told us it cost €150, which is way too much! We were willing to pay, but we wanted a fair price and asked them to reconsider the amount. Afterward, the driver became very angry and even threatened one of us. He made a cutting motion across his throat with his finger and said: “You are in Italy, I want your brother,” referring to my younger sibling (age 22). The spa which was included they even said costed 13€ per person, which they diden't inform before we already have used for 260€. But the guide from slopestar talked to them, and it was actually icluded in the price, so we dident pay for the service. The company we traveled with, Slopestar, provided excellent support and service.

We've just finished our week's stay here and after reading the reviews beforehand were a bit apprehensive. But...we were so pleased with our stay. We advised the hotel before we came that I have a gluten intolerance and they couldn't have looked after me any better. From day 1 they were really careful to make sure I had GF options for every meal. I've never had the same level of care and attention anywhere else. Both I and my partner (who is not GF) enjoyed every meal. They had an authentic Italian home cooked feel to them. And just to note, if you've read previous reviews about hamburgers with no bread rolls, then remember that a) you're not at a McDonald's and b) quite often in Italy you'll find that you'll have an appetiser, a first course of pasta and then a second course of meat. Yes the appetiser had a mix of cooked vegetables along with typical 'salad' options, but we stuck it all on our plate and enjoyed it all! It's given us inspiration on making salads less boring! The staff are all lovely and helpful. Yes the wifi isn't available in rooms, but you can download books, netflix etc to chill with in your room while you're downstairs. We walked to the slopes each day. It's an easy 15 minute walk with beautiful views. Given what we paid, compared to how much hotels further up the road would charge, and how good the food was/ the lovely staff we'd come back! Oh..and the slopes are awesome!

This hotel is a joke. The food is rubbish. The staff don’t care about the customers. TV doesn’t work in the rooms. WiFi doesn’t work! No space in the insecure Ski locker room. I will never return. I suggest you shouldn’t book a stay here; if you have, cancel it! We booked through Crystal. They are useless with terrible customer care. Good luck!

Since January 2025 this hotel is run by new management. All reviews before that are irrelevant. Polite staff. Clean rooms and comfortable. Basic breakfast, but ok. Packed lunch was everyday same bland sandwiches, after day 2 stopped eating them and paid for lunch somewhere else. Dinner was disappointing, only 1 out of 7 was good. Overall our stay was ok but I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.
