Hotel Shandranj

We had a the wonderful ski holiday that we enjoyed at hotel Shandrai through Josk Reizen. The hotel stands out for its warm hospitality and personal touch. From beginning to end, every member of the staff was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and welcoming, which made us feel genuinely at home. The guided walks with Alberto are unique experiences. Of course, we also thoroughly enjoyed the excellent food and drinks, which were consistently delicious and beautifully presented. The hotel provided a the thoughtful attention (with applause from the staff) given on the occasion of my parents’ 60th wedding anniversary. We felt it important to share this feedback, as it is truly exceptional to experience a hotel with such a high level of genuine warmth and hospitality. We thank the owners Eveline and Alberto for creating such a lovely and unforgettable holiday for us.

Our family just returned from a week-long stay at Hotel Shandranj in Tesero, and it was truly the relaxing break we desperately needed. While the hotel and the surrounding Dolomites are stunning, the real stars of our holiday were the Baby Club team. ​The kids' program is expertly managed by the fantastic "Mago Mattia," whose energy and magic kept all the children completely enchanted. It is rare to find a team that balances professional childcare with such genuine fun and enthusiasm. ​A massive, heartfelt thank you goes to Andrea. She took such wonderful care of our child, showing incredible patience and kindness. Knowing our little one was in such capable and loving hands allowed us to truly switch off, enjoy the spa, and explore the mountains, fully confident that our child was having the time of their life. ​If you are looking for a hotel where the entertainment and baby care services are second to none, look no further. The Shandranj gave us the gift of a stress-free holiday. We can’t wait to come back!

delicious food, great attractions for children and families, friendly service, cleanliness of the rooms. close to the ski slope! you can relax great after skiing. possibility of renting strollers and backpackers . We will return there the third time a year!

Very nice, clean and cozy hotel with friendly and helpfull staff. After skiing pleasant relax in swimming pool and SPA. Ski box in hotel and close to ski bus stop - it was very comfortable. Awesome food! And close to slopes in Pampeago!

Great week ski stay at this amazing hotel. The owner and all the staff was really helpful and helped us with everything we needed. The Spa was AMAZING, by far the best spa I have been to.The food was extremely good. Would recommend to anyone! Both families and also for solo travellers and couples.
