All staff in the hotel and restaurant is unfriendly. Noise from the restaurant is loadly heard at rooms on the first floor. Jacuzzy and turkish bath are charged extra fee using coin machine Avoid this hotel at all costs.

I stayed in that hotel one week with organized group. The "home feeling" atmosphere was great. Everyone very helpful and always smiling. Meals were fresh and always tasty - althought sometimes one could ask for a bigger portion - which was not a problem. Rooms were clean, also the sauna. There's place to hang out if you wanna play cards or just spend time with your friends. A bit far away to the nearest ski area... but always worth the trip if you want nice, quiet place to stay. Overall - top quality for the price!

I stayed at this hotel for a week. It's well presented, family run establishment. Staff is helpful if you know Italian or French, unfortunately there is only one person who speaks English, Nadia. The food is OK although there is no hot breakfast, only cereals and selection of deli. There is only one reason why I would not recommend this hotel - location. Ziano is a very small village and there is nothing to do before or after dinner. Free sky bus runs only once an hour and sometimes not on schedule, especially coming back to hotel. But there is a children's sleigh slope right in the village and if you came to Italy to play with your children than you may like this village and this hotel.
