Cristal Palace

A beautiful hotel in a stunning location. All the staff have been friendly and very helpful nothing has been too much trouble when asking for things to be slightly different to their normal schedule. Food was delicious with a very wide choice for breakfast and evening meal. The spa area is well laid out and equipped with. Every thing in the hotel has been spotless and clean. We would like to say thank you to the team for making our holiday special.

We enjoyed a week at this hotel and the things that really stand out are the friendly staff and the food . Enrico in the bar looked after us well , the Maitre d’ and all waiters were so friendly even though we seemed to be the only English guests among Italian families. The hotel had a great relaxed atmosphere . We looked forward to dinner every night , with menus to suit all tastes and a special seafood menu on Friday . A few negative points to consider - no air-conditioning when our room was boiling hot . They provided us with a small fan but there was only one single power socket in the room so unable to use it if charging phones, using hairdryer etc. The Spa was often full even though we booked . Also the location was up a hill so not always ideal after a long day hiking.

We stayed here in June 26 and the hotel was fabulous.. Good food, excellent bedrooms. The shower was the best I have experienced in hotels. Staff were amazing when I left a jacket in the town which they got back for me. I don't usually give a full 5* rating but this hotel deserves it..

Wow, what a great hotel. on arrival you are greeted with a complimentary beverage in the bar whilst reception deliver the guest registration and room allocation. Dining is to die for, the pastry chef excels here. Food was fantastic with amazing flavours served perfectly by Amir or Georgia. A great ski holiday. Only complaint is that the ski transportation not always reliable, had a 45 minute wait one day so elected to walk back from Pradalago lift most days.

We have just had a fabulous week skiing and staying at the Hotel Cristal Palace. We booked with Inghams and upgraded to a deluxe room which was a triple room and a bit more spacious, it also had two balconies with panoramic views over Madonna. The room was always kept spotlessly clean, with a ready supply of fresh towels and clean linen, bathrobes and slippers. The hotel offers a very efficient shuttle bus service to the lifts and centre of town and the times we needed to use it we rarely had to wait more than five minutes if at all, we were not looking to be on the first lift in the morning so I can’t comment on how busy it is at peak times. The spa was also very relaxing and we enjoyed some late afternoons relaxing and swimming. Our overall highlight and appreciation goes to the staff who are amazing, they really couldn’t have done anymore to welcome us and make sure we were thoroughly looked after the whole week. The food was excellent, a fantastic choice at breakfast and the evening meals of a very high standard, it was so hard to choose each evening because it all sounded and was delicious. A special thanks to Giorgia who looked after us impeccably, Victor for all the pre dinner drinks and conversations, Amir for his wine recommendations and Allessandro for his friendly and professional service. Our thanks also go to the wonderful chefs, the food was fabulous! We will hopefully be back!
