Hotel Parco dello Stelvio

The accommodation and staff of Domina Parco dello Stelvio were top! We really can't think of anything that could be better.

is a great location for families with children, they have what to do even if the weather in not perfect. i saw some coments like the pool is small , i think is not and please take in consideration that is heated , very pleasant water. of course, is not an olimpic swiming pool. good food and the girls at the baby club where fantastic

My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing and unacceptable, entirely due to the behavior of the receptionist. I have never encountered such shockingly rude and aggressive treatment in any hotel before. The receptionist was openly hostile, raised his voice at me, and behaved in a confrontational manner. Most disturbingly, he insulted me by calling me a “fool boy.” This was not only unprofessional but deeply disrespectful and completely inappropriate. No guest should ever be spoken to in this way. Instead of providing assistance, he chose to escalate the situation by shouting and acting aggressively. His behavior made me feel uncomfortable, humiliated, and unwelcome. This is absolutely not the level of service anyone should expect from a hotel that claims to value its guests.

Very good hotel, delicious food and perfect service! Perfect place for a nice holiday. And absolutely for a good price!

Beautiful environment, nice room with kitchen and bathroom, good possibility for car parking, nice town. We couldn't use the wellness in the main building of the hotel as it was visible in the RCI prospect because the RCI's rooms are in a smaller building.
