Locanda Elisa Albergo Diffuso

Amazing experience. We book a table by fork.com. We came around 8,pm, without any problems they found a place for us, 7 people. We ordered dishes for children and starters for us, came in 5 minutes which was important for us , The our mains , pizza is 100/10 need to try , carpaccio de shrimps …. Salads also. Heaven . Really recommend .

For the quality of the dishes I would have given more... and I am sorry to have to give a 2. But for the service I would give zero. A wrong order (they blamed us), first courses arrived after 50 minutes due to a misunderstanding in the kitchen. For heaven's sake, that can happen, but the least you do is apologize. Instead no, I found the waitress very rude and unprofessional; it is obvious that she does not like this job, but taking it out on customers who pay is not acceptable!!

Excellent quality of the dishes but disastrous service. Many customers left because of the long delay in taking orders.

Last night we went to this risto-bar, where it was possible to buy sandwiches and chicken for takeout. Outside there were some tables, but because of the rain we asked if it was possible to eat inside. We were told yes and, based on this information, we made the purchase. Once inside, however, we realized that there were no tables available as we had been led to believe. A very uncomfortable and inadequate arrangement for four people was proposed, so much so that it would not have allowed us to eat in a relaxed way. The thing that disappointed us the most was the attitude of the owner, who addressed us in an arrogant and disrespectful manner, making us feel like we were in the way instead of trying to find a solution with courtesy. We therefore decided to leave and look for another place. Shortly after, to our surprise, the owner caught up with us telling us that there was no room there either, with behavior that we found inappropriate and unprofessional. We understand that organizational difficulties can occur, but we believe that politeness, respect, and hospitality toward customers should always come first. Unfortunately, our experience was very negative and we do not feel like recommending this place.

A 4-day stay with half board treatment nothing short of splendid; Elisa, the owner is a really welcoming and kind girl made us feel pampered and at home in every detail! For every request or need was available and tried to accommodate us in everything! Spacious and comfortable rooms, great dinner and breakfast! What about we will return with pleasure!
