WARNING: PROPERTY DANGER, NO LIABILITY INSURANCE & TERRIBLE STANDARDS! 1. SAFETY & CAR DAMAGE (Zero Accountability) If you care about your car and your belongings, avoid TH Marilleva. During my stay, the hotel staff systematically used heavy ladders and laundry baskets to block parking spaces (I have photographic evidence). This extreme negligence resulted in serious damage to my vehicle on their official "TH Park". The worst part? The management (Hotelturist S.p.A.) tried to hide the fact that they do not have valid third-party liability insurance for guests' property. Their own insurer (Generali) officially rejected the claim due to lack of coverage. The hotel management is now completely ignoring formal demands to cover the repair costs, hiding behind their corporate structure. 2. OUTDATED ROOMS & ZERO SLEEP The rooms are incredibly old. The wall separating the rooms is literally made of plywood inside the closet – you can easily hear normal conversations from next door. We had the misfortune of staying during Italian school trips. Teenagers were making massive noise until 2 AM. When asked to quiet down, they suddenly "didn't speak English," and the hotel staff did absolutely nothing to intervene. 3. AMENITIES & SKI ROOM DISASTER The so-called "ski room" is large, but it hides nothing more than basic metal lockers. There are absolutely no boot dryers. If you bring your own boot warmers, good luck – there are only 2 sockets in the room with a weird Italian standard. Reception does not have adapters or extension cords, so expect a trip to town to buy your own equipment. We were forced to choose every evening: keep the fridge running (necessary for medical supplies), dry one pair of snowboard boots, or charge a phone/tablet. Oh, and Wi-Fi? It exists, but it only works in the reception area. 4. FOOD The food is very poor. You can clearly see they are trying to cut costs wherever possible, and the end result is simply miserable. Terrible management, zero accountability, massive risk to your property, and a completely outdated facility. Stay away!

Stopped in the Vigo hotel, found this to be of a very poor standard. Heating only came on at 5pm and was very limited, sockets were damaged (pushed inwards), no heating in the en-suite, food was carvary style and was cold and very bland and standard. I was one of several coach drivers taking school party there on behalf of a ski tour company, organisation was very poor, we were expected to park within the hotel which could never fit anything bigger than a car. Some of the reception staff were pleasant, but very limited food/beverage access unless you had to eat out every day which can be costly despite being on a food supplied deal. The building is very outdated and requires safety updates including the replacement of mould within the rooms and on the shower curtain. I would never recommend this venue to stop in. Glad to get home.
