We had a very nice holiday in Tevini hotel. The hotel is for sure a 4* level. The food quality of breakfast and dinner was excellent, with very professional service. The Pool and Wellness area are good, with the garden quite filled during the end of the afternoon. They are currently constructing a new Welness facility in front of the hotel. Following comments / recommendations: 1) There was nothing mentioned on the construction activities or the (crappy) temporary parking during the reservation: this would have been better, even if the impact of the works is acceptable. 2) We were offered a "welcome drink": being half a glass of flavoured water, it would be better not to offer this, or rather offer a real welcome drink. 3) The rececption staff can benefit from having more knowledge on the practicalities of potential excursions by Bike / Rafting etc. They came over a bit amateuristic/unprofessional. Or have another person in the hotel that can take this role.

Great and comfy room, fantastic food and service. Indoor and outdoor (heated) swimming pool. Spacious underground parking that fits taller vehicles. Hotel offer also a bus service that takes you to the lifts. We will definitely come back next year.
