Hotel My Arbor

Just back from our 3 night stay travelling from the UK. One of the finest hotels we've stayed at and we've been to plenty of 5* in recent years around the world. Attention to detail, service and setting are top tier! Sauna 'textile-free' culture not every Brits 'cup of tea' but we embraced it, all very civilised but individual choice of course - plenty of scope to avoid but you'll be missing out! So peaceful there, food was fab, very healthy but varied and tasty! Thanks especially to Zahar who looked after us so well, all the front of house team were super friendly and helpful.

What a magnificent hotel. Unique in its architecture, yet welcoming, beautiful, and comfortable—offering everything you could wish for. A sense of calm washes over you the moment you walk in, and that feeling stays with you throughout your stay. The lobby, restaurant, and bar all exude tranquility. The wellness area rounds off the experience perfectly; it is so beautiful, comfortable, and spacious that it always feels peaceful. Every detail has been considered, and nothing is missing. In short: an oasis of calm, friendliness, luxury, and comfort. We will certainly be back often.

A wonderful venue for a relaxing or active holiday in the hearth of the Dolomites. Great location and facilities (rooms and spa). The team, in particular the staff at the restaurant, reception, and spa, are outstanding!

Our return to My Arbor was phenomenal! ❤️ Exceptional service, stunning wellness facilities, breathtaking sauna views and, of course, incredible food. A huge thank you to Manuela, who surprised me with birthday bubbles, Armela & Nathalia in the spa, Mehmet for his outstanding wine knowledge and personal attention, Christian for always going above and beyond, and Alesandro for wonderful dinner service. One small maintenance issue aside, My Arbor remains a truly special place. We can't wait to return! 🌲✨
