Great hotel! Very friendly staff. Walk across the street to the bridge over the river and you are downtown. Plenty of shops, restaurants and historic buildings. Plose cable cars into the mountains are quite close by bus. If you need a self serve laundry there are a few about a mile walk away. Bring warm cloths if you go up to the top of Plose.

Everything about the hotel was great. Staff treated every request with concern and attention. We had food once, was very satisfactory. Room was quite nice.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The hotel is in a great location, the breakfast was great, and the sauna was exceptional! The free Brixen Card also made it easy to get around the area and even included the gondola up to Plose! We would love to stay here again one day.

We stayed here on the first and on the last day of a hiking week in the Dolomites. This is the perfect place for a quiet start and a comfortable stop. The restaurant is excellent and waiter Roman is the perfect host, friendly, respectful, with sense of humour a great man in a great restaurant! 'Im De Vos, Belgium

We stayed only one night because we were on a bike tour. This hotel was great. Even though it is pretty big hotel, the room was excellent with a nice balcony looking at the river and the city. The breakfast was fantastic, very generous, the best cappuccino, great service at the front desk as well as at the restaurant during breakfast.
