Great location of the hotel. The rooms are not the worst either, I would even say spacious and well-maintained. The service in the restaurant is very polite. The downside is the food. It is monotonous, sometimes even tasteless. In addition, the pool is large, but poorly maintained, you can see that it is showing its age.

The hotel is a very, very basic hospitality hotel, this is not going to be a pleasant stay if you are with the family. There is nothing to do with children of any age, the swimming pool is cold and you need to pay for a bathrobe which isn't in the information about the hotel when you book. There is no complimentary coffee and tea set in the room! Not even a single bottle of water. Also, water isn't available for free in the entire hotel!! Shocking, sad and very unexpected when they ask you to pay for the battle of water with your dinner (€3 per bottle!) when there is no access to even tap water in the restaurant. Unbelievable!! Apparently, the hotel has been renovated but in the 21st century, there is not even one USB socket to charge your phone or computer!!! Be aware of this!!! Food is very limited to basic and often leftovers from the previous day, not always fresh bakery and you will not have coffee or tea with your dinner - unless you pay extra!! I would not recommend it and never come back here again. None of these things isn't clearly stated in the hotel information, so when you finally come here you are going to be very unpleasantly shocked

The hotel is in a very high mountain area close ti the glacier. The rooms are super basic design kind of futuristic but great and the beds fantastic. the hotel is huge with a vety large pool and a roof top restaurants. Very convenient for goign ski since is in front of the cable car. Very large parking outside.

Excellent hotel We stayed in a nice, recently updated room. Staff is friendly and accommodating. The staff at the restaurant is outstanding, they were going out of their way to resolve any problems. Everyone was very friendly and helping. The food was varied and delicious. Few cons: Some of the reception staff is not very fluent in English. There is a timed entrance to the gym which is spacious enough to haver multiple people using it at the same time. One will think that they are concerned about covid but there are no cleaning wipes for the equipment, so it's kind of a moot point restricting how may people use the gym.

My girlfriend and I stayed there for our first week ever skiing. We want to start mentioning the awesome staff of the hotel: young and helpful people!! In the hotel you can have fun with the entertainment team which are funny and always smiling: Lorenzo, Thomas, Roberto, Attilio, Rossella and Nicole really made our vacation. The hotel is very well situated, walking distance to the ski park, with awesome rooms and clean environment. There is a parking space for sale, a free box for all the snow stuff. If I have to suggest something the breakfast could be better with more options and a real coffe included on the price. Hoping to stay there next year too!! Paolo e Greta
