Where do I even begin? I can only say the most wonderful things about our stay here. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and our sleep quality was genuinely out of this world. Everything about our experience was wonderful, but what truly made our stay unforgettable was the incredible hospitality. Izabel is, without a doubt, one of the most wonderful hosts we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. She made us feel so welcome, comfortable, and at home that it was difficult to leave. Her kindness and hospitality went far beyond what could ever be expected. She didn't simply provide excellent service; she genuinely cared about making sure every one of my friends and I felt happy, welcomed, and looked after. Whenever we needed anything, she was eager to help with the warmest and friendliest attitude. People like Izabel are what make a place truly special, and we feel so lucky to have met her. We would also like to give a special mention to Greg at reception, who was incredibly helpful and supportive. As young women travelling together, we really appreciated his kindness and willingness to help us find hiking trails, plan our routes, and feel more confident exploring the area. His guidance made our experience that much better. The food was fantastic as well, very fresh, delicious, and clearly of excellent quality. Our room had multiple windows showing such a breathtaking view. Our blankets were so fluffy and warm. Our shower had amazing water pressure and steam. After a day of hiking, relaxing in the sauna and enjoying the pool was the perfect way to unwind. Every little detail contributed to such a wonderful and memorable experience. My friends and I left with full hearts and so many lovely memories. It is rare to find a place that combines such wonderful facilities, delicious food, comfort, and genuinely exceptional people. We didn't just feel like guests; we felt truly welcomed and cared for. We can say with 100% certainty that we will be coming back, and next time, we are bringing even more people with us! Thank you for making our stay so special. We will remember this experience for a long time, and we cannot recommend this place enough.

We had 4 nights here. Very nice staff everywhere; we really liked the restaurant especially the amazing buffet. We happily ate in every night. Convenient buses every half hour into town and back (not after 7 pm though). Also a good service to the Seis Alm cableway which takes you to the heart of the area, unlike the service from Ortisei. Nice warm pool. Parking easy - leave the car there as parking in Val Gardena region is a nightmare, Promptly called the engineer when we couldn't open our safe (with passports inside).

Hotel Rodes was a perfect spot for my girlfriend and I. It was central to all of the trails and sights of the Dolomites we wanted to see. Apart from the good location the staff lead by Zeki made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. Zeki went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. He would be the reason we would choose to stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. From the very beginning, we were warmly welcomed by the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The food was absolutely delicious, and our room with a balcony overlooking grazing sheep was truly special. We highly recommend this place!

The hotel is beautiful and very clean. And the staff are so friendly and helpful. Best location for breakfast before hiking and seeing the town, as well as dinner after a long day of adventures. Zeki is wonderful and so kind! The hotel is in a great location for the gondolas in Ortisei.
