Amazing stay, perfect location, friendly staff who go above and beyond for you couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Great location, 2-3 minute walk from San Marco water bus stop. Very close to San Marco square Room was small (double bed) but beautifully decorated. Nice welcome treats of juice, water and little chocolate on the bed, shower over the small bath. Charming roof top terrace but could do with redecorating. Exceptional staff, especially Claudia, who was very helpful in suggesting places of interest to see. She organized our transport from Venice to the port and went the extra mile to take us to meet our water taxi to ensure he was there! Would highly recommend staying here.

We just returned from a stay at Hotel Firenze and cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, everything about this place felt special. The hotel is immaculately clean throughout — rooms, common areas, all of it. The rooms themselves are beautifully decorated in classic Venetian style, perfectly temperature-controlled, and every day we came back to a lovely little goody waiting for us, a small touch that made the stay feel genuinely personal. Breakfast is wonderful and the setting — a room with Venetian stucco walls, Murano glass mirrors and lamps — makes it feel like an experience in itself. But the real star of Hotel Firenze is the staff. Extraordinarily friendly and helpful across the board, with a concierge who goes far beyond the typical "here's a map" service. He sat down with us, understood what we were looking for, and helped us craft a plan to explore the city that we never would have put together on our own. One of his suggestions was a genuine Venetian mask-making workshop at San Marco 596 Venetian Masks — one of the most memorable experiences of the entire trip. That kind of insider knowledge and genuine care for guests is rare. The location is unbeatable: 30 meters from Piazza San Marco, yet the hotel has a calm, intimate feel that keeps it from feeling like a tourist factory. If you're visiting Venice and want a clean, characterful hotel with staff who truly make your stay extraordinary, look no further.

What a wonderful place to call home in Venice! Superb service, always with a smile. Very accommodating and thoughtful! Fantastic location. Rooms gorgeous, bed super comfortable, deep soaking tub extraordinary! Daily complimentary chocolate and biscuits. Fine breakfast buffet. Delicious and plentiful coffee. Complimentary lemocello cream departure gift. Highly recommend!

Great value boutique hotel. Staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. It’s in a great location, extremely close to San Marco square. The room was very clean with murano glass light fittings,the bed was comfortable and the shower was powerful. The only negative for us was that the room was really light as you couldn’t block out some of the light at the top of the window. There were nice touches - little treats daily, a welcome drink (nice to have on the very pleasant roof terrace) and a parting gift. We found some great restaurants nearby. The hotel has developed a really good information tool online which gives valuable information, they are also very speedy at replying to emails and will give you suggestions for restaurants. Breakfast was included and was a cold buffet with staff serving you, totally adequate. All in all Hotel Firenze proved to be a very good choice for us.
