Paganelli

This was perfect. Right in the city centre with an ice cold A/C. The rooms are a decent enough size too and was clean and modern. The nicest part about staying in the city centre were the nights. I could just wander around late and have the entire city almost to myself it felt like. Was also quite quiet as it just a bit away from the main street.

This hotel is everything! The rooms are beautiful and clean. The bedding is very comfortable, and the rain shower is comforting after a long day of exploring Venice. Location excellent Most importantly, a very big thank you to the staff, Andrea, Gabrielle, Nicolò, Marco as well as housekeeping and restaurant staff. They are extremely friendly and courteous. Just got back from a fantastic four nights stay at the Paganelli hotel. It’s situated on the waterfront very near to the boat stops for easy airport connections and water buses for getting around. Very close to St Mark’s Square and all other attractions. We stayed in room 101, it was very clean and tidy, and nice and quiet, queen sized bed was really comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend the Paganelli

3 night stay Stayed in the annex in room 223. The annex is in another building around the corner - reception take you there on arrival. View to side street. Room was good. Comfy bed but pillows were hard - asked reception for a softer one and all quickly sorted . There were a couple of small cosmetic issues if you want to go searching for them but it was a good room - clean, nice crisp bedding with a good shower. The street had the occasional noise but its a city right... take your ear plugs if noise sensitive. There was some building work happening close by - could hear it but not really a problem TBH. Shampoo / shower gel etc provided with clean towels each day tea and coffee with kettle in room - no milk tho - once again ask reception and they will quickly sort you some There is a mossie vape in the room - suggest you plug it in and turn it on as we were both bit overnight Breakfast is in the hotel restaurant under the annex - pastry, cake, cold boiled eggs, meats, cheese, rolls, toast, yoghurt, fruit and cereals. There is bacon and scrambled eggs but the eggs looked pretty solid and even tho on a warmer the bacon was cold but there is plenty of other stuff. Might be a good improvement to see if the hot stuff could be kept warmer. The breakfast is oddly in different locations in the restaurant so go looking and you will find it all. The location is fab - right near the water taxis, bridge of sighs and St Marks Sq just around the corner We would come back again - recommended Cafe International in under the main hotel on the front - it gets the sun and the Aperol is only 5 euros!! Food is OK but keep away from the cheese / ham toastie!!

This is a lovely hotel in a great location. Easy to take boat from airport and lets you off right out front. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Just a note if you have mobility issues, there is am elevator in the main building, but then depending on where you room is there can be steps. out of the elevator there were 2 steps up, 2 steps down, then 4 steps up and three down to get to room, If you have issues speak or email them ahead of time. We really liked the hotel. There are many vaporretos right outside, makes getting around easy and St. Marks Square is very close
