Stayed here from August 24th until 27th 2026. Lovely Rooms with air conditioning and safe included in the price. Good location right on the Grand Canal. My wife and I enjoyed a few beers in the hotel bar with a nice ambiance! Breakfast was very good too. Loved the fact that I could connect my phone to the Bluetooth speaker in the bathroom which was an unexpected but nice surprise!

Wow! An amazing 3 night stay. We had a ‘superior double room’ which was spacious, clean and charming- not a modern hotel but very Venice. No lift in hotel, but staff carried cases up and down the stairs for us. Staff were super friendly. Make sure to have a drink from the bar and sit outside on the grand canal. A large glass of pino is €4 and the same for beer! Great prices. Breakfast is nice and fresh. Can get busy so get there before 9. Limited options but it suited us. Great location. 5 min walk from San Stae stop for the transport from the hotel (no need to pay for private taxi, just use the water transport for €16! Buy online ahead of trip) , 5 min walk to rialto bridge and 15 min walk to st mark square (do not eat or drink in the square as it’s triple the price!) Would 100% stay at this hotel again!

Stayed here before we embarked on a cruise. We arrived late at night, the concierge was very pleasant and helpful. The rooms are decorated in a Venetian style. The hotel is located on the grand canal and we were arrived via water taxi which was a new experience. Breakfast was standard but very nice. The hotel is very centrally located and close to restaurants and bars. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Really well affordable price and staff are very useful and nice they understand English very well and are quick to help you plus they leave plenty of items for you and they clean the rooms regularly

Lovely hotel, very clean, fab location especially if you enjoy walking to all the sites which are all close enough, the air con was a god send and breakfast was good, it is right onThe Grand canal with a pontoon where you can sit with a drink. Staff were all lovely too.
