Tiziano

We stayed here for a night to get on our cruise ship. It was our first experience in Venice, and we highly recommend. The room was spacious, had AC and WiFi and was very clean. The service was excellent. Having never been to Venice, this was a great first impression!

The experience we had at Hotel Tiziano was disappointing. We had requested a water taxi to a place we thought we needed one . It was an area that had a double location on Google Maps which was causing confusion . The front desk agent sent us up with a water taxi and knew full well that the location we were going to was in actuality just a short walk away. Had he told us that we didn't need said taxi we would have walked the 5 minute walk . No, he collects 100 euro from us, sets us up with a water taxi, The time we requested wasn't honored and 30 minutes later said water taxi shows up. Taxi driver (who I assume is in cahoots with front desk agent) spins us around in the water taxi for maybe 15 minutes to take us what was a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Yes, we should have understood how close we were. However, like I said there was confusion from Google Maps having marked 2 spots as where we needed to go. Front desk agent said he'd refund us the cash to our "account" whatever that means . Nothing . We would have walked away from Venice with a better opinion of the people there had this man just done the right thing, told us to walk. So burning through 100 euro was completely unnecessary due to the information the desk man should have told us. Would not recommend based on dishonesty from staff alone .

Stayed here for two nights. We chose the location because it’s fairly close to where we embark on the Royal Clipper Tall Ship. We absolutely loved the area….its so peaceful and away from the crowds and noise; with easy access to everything. We took a water taxi from the airport directly to the hotel (160 euros for 4 adults with luggage). The staff are friendly and the hotel is quaint and clean. The hotel breakfast is a good choice (10,Euros), or there are many reasonable restaurants nearby. You won’t be disappointed.

An unforgettable stay in the heart of Venice! We stayed here during our trip and the experience couldn't have been better. The location is absolute perfection—ideal for exploring the city on foot, yet quiet enough for a peaceful night's sleep after a day along the canals. The room was spotless, full of authentic Venetian charm, and had a very comfortable bed. To top it off, the staff was amazing: welcoming, helpful, and gave us the best local restaurant recommendations. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Room was very disappointing. We booked it to give us an authentic vibe but it felt more like air b&b. Rooms and hotel are not together, view out the window was into someone else’s cleaning closet and just not as expected in general. Breakfast buffet choices were almost zero and only carbs with gluten. Staff was nice and coffee was good which was the best part of what’s on offer. Disappointing.
