Tiziano

Stayed here for two nights. We chose the location because it’s fairly close to where we embark on the Royal Clipper Tall Ship. We absolutely loved the area….its so peaceful and away from the crowds and noise; with easy access to everything. We took a water taxi from the airport directly to the hotel (160 euros for 4 adults with luggage). The staff are friendly and the hotel is quaint and clean. The hotel breakfast is a good choice (10,Euros), or there are many reasonable restaurants nearby. You won’t be disappointed.

An unforgettable stay in the heart of Venice! We stayed here during our trip and the experience couldn't have been better. The location is absolute perfection—ideal for exploring the city on foot, yet quiet enough for a peaceful night's sleep after a day along the canals. The room was spotless, full of authentic Venetian charm, and had a very comfortable bed. To top it off, the staff was amazing: welcoming, helpful, and gave us the best local restaurant recommendations. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Room was very disappointing. We booked it to give us an authentic vibe but it felt more like air b&b. Rooms and hotel are not together, view out the window was into someone else’s cleaning closet and just not as expected in general. Breakfast buffet choices were almost zero and only carbs with gluten. Staff was nice and coffee was good which was the best part of what’s on offer. Disappointing.

I stayed at Hotel Tiziano and had a bit of a mixed experience. I’ll start with the positives the hotel is located in a very quiet area, which is nice if you’re looking to get away from the crowds. The room itself was also fairly spacious, the shower was great, and breakfast was actually really good. That said, there were some pretty significant downsides. The location, while quiet, is far from everything. You’re looking at a 25–40 minute walk to get to most main attractions, which becomes inconvenient quickly if you plan on being out and about. The biggest issue was the temperature in the room it was extremely hot for the entire stay. There was no air conditioning, and only one window would slightly open, which didn’t help much at all. We had also booked what was described as a “two bed suite,” but it turned out to be two small single beds pushed together, which wasn’t what we expected. Communication with the front desk was also lacking. Our water taxi was originally scheduled for 9:40 AM, but they sent an email changing it to 8:40 AM. We didn’t realize the change until we came down for breakfast at 8:35, which created unnecessary stress and confusion. Overall, while there are a few nice aspects to the hotel, I would recommend staying closer to downtown if you want easier access to everything and a more convenient experience.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Tiziano from 10th April to 13th April. Very friendly and accommodating manager and entire team. I booked directly via email and responses were always quick and efficient. They arranged the water taxi for us, made restaurant recommendations and a trip to Murano. We had a room on the top floor (301) and it was a little too warm for us, and there was no problem providing an alternative in their building across the street (501) which was perfect. It is in a nice, quiet, local area but only 10 minutes walk maximum from the lively square Santa Margherita with bars and restaurants. Thanks to the team for a great stay!
