had the most amazing holiday ever here and will be planning to go back again next year. I met other solo travellers at the hotel who were great holiday friends. The staff at the hotel are amazing and friendly and go out of their way to help you. The entertainment staff were the best and kept everyone laughing especially by the pool side. The DJ by the pool was great and although there is no nightclub on site the pool bar and music/dancing as well as the aqua aerobics sort of made up for it. A nightclub would be ideal though and hopefully they will add one at some stage. This will save tourists worrying about paying massive taxi fayres to go outside the complex where it is less safe. Other neighbouring hotels do have night clubs and it does make a difference if you like a dance. The lifeguards were amazing and friendly and funny as were the pool guys who had great banter and made you feel welcome. Gary and the bar staff were great and a guy we named Captain because of his military style uniform. The food was great as was the drink and the cooks and chefs as well as the waiting staff do a good job of helping people with whatever they need. Security was good and to get off site they get you to complete a form with a few details for safety. One negative is the condition of the cats. I was a bit shocked to see that two of the cats on site did need vet attention and when I spoke to staff this did not seem to be a concern. Obviously if the cats are on site and are therefore owned by the hotel maybe someone should be looking out for them a bit more as the tourists will notice this sort of thing.
