Couples Swept Away

We had another amazing stay at Couples Swept Away for the annual tennis tournament. The court facilities, hospitality, and overall atmosphere were outstanding. Everything was excellent as usual! Forica, Shanae from Sea grapes and Leonora are superstars.

Food was good, staff attentive and friendly. Overall property is clean and well kept. Rooms were tidy and clean. Sports Bar staff were aways at your service. Tennus courts are all nice, clay and hard court surfaces.

Breathtaking resort! Wonderful staff! Highly recommend this beautiful property! They have every kind of water activity you could imagine included! We did the hydrobikes, paddleboarding, glass bottom boat tour, & catamaran with cave swimming. It was fantastic!

My husband and I just got back from spending a wonderful week at Couples Swept Away. The service was fantastic from house keeping, guest services, bar and restaurant staff. We had an Atrium Room close to the lobby. I loved how spacious the room was and the bed was comfy. My only critique was that the cold air from air conditioner was blowing right on me when I was sleeping so make sure you make your husband sleep on that side of the bed. lol. The grounds were immaculate and we never heard the noise from the groundskeepers maintaining the grass on trees. Everything was easy to find even without a map. The beach was beautiful, soft sand and blue water. I loved that the cushions for the beach loungers could be used as floaties in the sea. This resort is definitely for beach people. I loved the cafe in the lobby that made me my dirty chai every morning. Lemongrass and Feathers are excellent restaurants with amazing service and food. Scotch Bonnet and Patois were great for lunch and breakfast. I want to give special mention to Farida at Patois, always a smile on her face and understood my husband’s sense of humour. Detroy at Patois, so wanting to do a great job and so friendly. Orlando at Palms, very wise man who had great positive messages. Shakira, Marvin, and Garvey at the beach bar, they made our days happy and full of laughs. This was our first time at CSA and I can’t wait to go back.

This was our second time at Couples Negril, and we had a great time again. We stayed in a Garden View room, which was fine for our needs and a comfortable place to come back to after full days at the resort. The atmosphere is romantic and relaxed, and the staff are the biggest reason we keep coming back. A few team members stood out: Shemarie on the exercise team kept the activities fun and energetic. KiKi on the entertainment team brought great energy to the evenings. Cecil in photography was friendly and easy to work with. Moveta and Carletta at the bars were attentive, welcoming and quick with a smile. Kenington Levy, the team lead in the laundry, was warm and professional. We had the pleasure of having him at our table for Repeaters' Night dinner, which was a lovely touch that made us feel appreciated as returning guests. Of the restaurants, Lychee was our favorite. If you're deciding where to book a special dinner, we'd put it at the top of the list. There were two small things we'd suggest. The spa prices were on the high side, so budget accordingly if you plan to book treatments. And while we enjoyed our meals overall, a few food items could be upgraded. Neither took away from our stay, but they're worth knowing about. Overall, the friendly staff, the setting and the memorable moments are why we came back a second time, and why we'd stay again. We'd recommend it to other couples.
