Couples Swept Away

This was our first time traveling to Negril. Best beaches we’ve seen in Jamaica so far. Crystal clear waters and clean beaches. Our stay was fantastic. We were met with some of the best service and made the most memorable experiences. Rovaldo, Javon, Sally and Petro - Ann were amazing at the beach bar. They were so professional, accommodating and lots of fun to talk to and get to know. We will miss this place and the wonderful people we met along the way. Rooms were always clean and entertaining was great. Delicious food, from al a cart at the buffet (where we were served lobster and perfectly made steak) to the restaurants, Feathers- steak house to Lemongrass - asian style. We hope to be back as soon as possible.

This was my husband and I’s first time at CSA. Day one we realized why so many return. As first timers were invited to a special steak and lobster dinner for what they call repeaters, all the guests who have stayed there in the past. The entire restaurant Patois was packed. So many are return guests. We met so many nice people. The food was good. I have a gluten allergy and found that they really tried hard to make things for me. Two different mornings I was prepared gluten free pancakes for breakfast. At the buffet they post signs to let me know what was gluten free. Since it was relatively soon after the hurricane, I saw very little evidence that a major storm had come through. Our room had a small view of the ocean from the large veranda. Comfortable bed. Everything we needed. We already have plans to return in February 2027 and become repeaters ourselves.

Just got back from 10 glorious days here and I must say it was spectacular. The staff were helpful and friendly. The food was outstanding everyday and I love the fact you can visit the Al a carte’s more than once, champagne and smoked salmon for breakfast as standard if that’s your thing and always something fresh on offer. You get free trips including a catamaran 2hr boat trip which unfortunately for us was packed with 60 plus people so my only comment would be less people would be a better experience but hey it’s free so I’m not complaining just my opinion. All non-motorised sports included along with a pristine white powder beach where the staff work incredibly hard to keep clean. Always a sun bed available at any time off day and the cushion on the sunbed can also be used as a floaty in the sea which is a nice touch. The drinks are of good quality and you can even choose what drinks you want in your minibar including full bottles of spirits with no extra charge. The rooms are large, clean and with the most comfortable bed I have ever been in. The only one small thing I would have liked is a headboard as the gap between the bed and pillows make it difficult to sit upright in bed if you fancy a nice coffee in the morning. All in all this was the perfect holiday where we didn’t want to go home and will definitely be going back. Thank you to all the staff for making our holiday one to remember.

The location is absolutely so unreal the beach is the best ive seen so close to magaritaville and ricks cafe atmosphere was really good rooms were ok large comfortable great aircon the shower area was a no for me not 5 stars u cannot get bottled water here u have to go outside to get it from a tap at your block and ice out an ice bin outside never have i seen this value for money really not good when u are paying a two week vacation the food breakfast was fab at patios and dinner the buffet at the other place was so small could never find anything to eat lunge or dinner the grill bar lunch was good but two wks was too much for tht the feathers was nice the thai was nice but really need a lot more food restaurant s drinks were just ok piano bar was great fun steel drum night and bonfire night was brilliant i did love our holiday but we ran into a very not pleasant bar staff at pool bar and we only went there once to be looked up and down didnt want to serve us very ignorant then marched over spoke about us to another staff member is not acceptable there were a lot of fantastic pleasant amazing staff here 100percent but this was unacceptable would i go back yes if there was better food and more restaurants to choose from the grounds were very jungle vibe really nice there was one gardener sang to u every day he made my mornings everyone new him hes so special the staff at the banboo bar we miss u we had some laughs the food bar down near pool at buffet side i dont get tht we could not eat anything there all in all we still loved it water sports and boat trips free amazing but could do more on the food end and this place would be my top two wk holiday every yr plus need bootled water

Another amazing trip to Jamaica! Couples Swept Away is literally our favorite place, our home away from home! From start to finish we were treated like family and have met so many amazing people there, including the staff; Hakeem, Shanek, Garvey and Taniesha, all remembered us by name and made us feel special throughout our stay. Housekeeping was excellent. Our room was so clean and fresh, really appreciate the little touches they do each and every day!
