Couples Tower Isle

This was the experience that rejuvenated me . The staff was very accommodating and the hotel services met my expectations. I will stay at this resort again. The ocean view from our room was breathtaking.

The hotel pleasant if a little run down, the majority of staff are very attentive, polite and approachable. We enjoyed the food, although it was a little repetitive in the morning. My main gripe is there needs to be more shade provide on the beach and around the pools. We also didn't appreciate the lewdness of the guest that use the naturalist isle. Some are clearly confusing the place for Hedonism and it is not acceptable, but nothing seems to be done, despite the staff knowing what's going on.

We stayed September 2025 a couple of weeks before hurricane Melissa and we wished our holiday wouldn't end we could not fault it 10/10 ,the water was 29 degrees and crystal clear the staff were amazing couldn't ask for anything more, food was amazing only thing that let it down was the juggling in the evening and the commentator shouting (get your camera's out and make some noise) would have probably been more sorted at a children's party but the rest of the entertainment was really good were going to sans suoci in September so hopefully it'll be just as lovely.

We’ve been home about a week and are still thinking about what a great time we had at CTI! The resort is great, the food is great but most of all the people are fantastic and make this resort a must stay!! Alfred the gardener and the morning nature walk are a must do! His amazing knowledge of the flowers, plants and trees around the property make it such an enjoyable experience! Paulette in Guest Services, Makayla, Christine, Renee and Sherrita at the Spa are incredible! And all the other amazing people from the bars and restaurants to housekeeping and entertainment helped make this a great vacation for us!!

We had a wonderful time at this resort. Very attentive staff, great food, amazing drinks, and fun excursions. We are already at planning our next trip to here. The entire staff was incredible and friendly. Stephen was like a rum ninja quietly moving all over the resort with drinks for you. You look up by the pool and he is there handing you a drink. You walk into the piano bar and he is there with a smile to mix you a martini. I had trouble deciding what to drink so I just started at the top of the menu and ordered them all. I did not find any I disliked. The restaurant menus change for different days so make sure to check the menus in the main hallway. Bayside and 8 Rivers are nice romantic evenings. We did Bayside at 6:15. It was perfect to see the sunset while dining over the water. We did the free snorkeling trip and booked a sunset cruise with Captain Roneil and Zeus. You can tell both love Jamaica and teaching the guests about the island. The snorkeling trip was safe and enjoyable. Zeus was in the water making sure the guests were safe and saw as much sea life as possible. He was swimming down and pointing out things we would have all missed. Roneil and Zeus made sure the sunset cruise was fun and romantic. They made sure our glasses were never empty while pointing out different places and teaching us the history of the island. The entertainment staff puts on incredible shows. We actually cancelled dinner reservations at the 2 fancier restaurants to enjoy the shows that were being put on. This crew goes all in every night. Garth, Khalil, “Buggah” & Britney will make sure you have a great time. They will not allow you to frown on their watch. The shopping trip gives you a nice guided look of the local area. We went to 3 locations. All had the same basic souvenirs at comparable prices. Save your money for the local craft vendors. That was our last stop and it puts the money straight into the locals hands. If you don’t want to leave the resort the shirts and souvenirs in the resort gift shop are priced to match the prices in town. Make sure to check which night they do the Jamaican buffet spread. The show will make you regret missing it. The piano bar is a great place to hang out, get some drinks & do a sing along. It also offered 2 nights of Karaoke. The Lounge is a great place to get your dancing shoes moving. The music was great & they also have a bar there.
