They made us feel welcome and kept the atmosphere fun and relaxing—the perfect vacation experience! Thank you all for taking such great care of us. My first time at the royalton hideaway the resort was beautiful but everything closes so early that’s the only thing I didn’t like and it was very hard getting reservations for the restroom property

If you are a resident of Jamaica or a visitor to our beautiful island, Royalton Autograph Collection in Negril is a property that I would unreservedly recommend as a must-visit destination. My husband and I recently had the distinct pleasure of staying at this magnificent resort to commemorate our wedding anniversary. From the moment of our arrival, the entire experience was nothing short of exceptional. The property is exquisitely maintained and aesthetically stunning, immediately establishing an atmosphere of refined luxury and tranquility. Upon entering our room, we were graciously welcomed with a complimentary anniversary banner on our door, a bottle of fine wine, and a beautifully handwritten “Happy Anniversary” note. This thoughtful and personalized gesture set the tone for what would become a truly memorable celebration. Throughout the duration of our stay, we received consistent and courteous check-ins via telephone from the Front Desk, Bell Desk, and Room Service departments, ensuring our comfort at all times. At no point did we feel like ordinary guests; rather, we were made to feel as though we were celebrating a significant milestone, embraced by a team that epitomizes warmth, genuine hospitality, and the highest level of professionalism. Every request, without exception, was attended to promptly and with meticulous attention to detail. As someone who has served in the service industry for over twelve years, both regionally and locally, I believe it would be remiss of me not to give special commendation to the outstanding calibre of staff at this property. The team at Royalton Negril demonstrates a profound understanding of what it truly means to not only meet but to exceed guest expectations. In my professional capacity, I have had the opportunity to visit numerous distinguished properties locally and internationally, not solely for personal celebrations but also to conduct formal property audits and to collaborate with international journalists for feature articles. Based on that experience, I can state with confidence that this property satisfies every critical benchmark: immaculate cleanliness, superior amenities, exceptional dining, exquisite cuisine, and most notably, world-class service. Although our sojourn was brief, the exemplary service rendered by several remarkable individuals has left an indelible impression upon us. Shamar and Amara at the Front Desk were outstanding in every regard. Their demeanor was warm, courteous, and highly professional, and they ensured that our check-in process was seamless and efficient. Stephanie deserves special recognition for going above and beyond the call of duty to secure our dinner reservation at Hunter’s Steakhouse. After being unable to reach the restaurant via telephone, she personally went to the establishment to ensure our reservation was confirmed. Jevarno , our Bellman who escorted us to our suite and provided a comprehensive orientation of the room, was a delight. His upbeat energy, enthusiasm, and engaging presence were truly refreshing. Javid, our Driver, demonstrated exceptional professionalism and dedication to his duties. He was consistently punctual, highly professional, and always prepared to transport guests to their desired destinations with courtesy and care. Nicole at Gracia Italian Trattoria, who served us during dinner, was incredibly professional, attentive, and knowledgeable, thereby enhancing our overall dining experience. Our experience at Gourmet Marché was equally memorable. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Andre for the exquisite surprise pastry platter adorned with the words “Happy Anniversary,” and to Mr. Michael our server, for preparing a most delightful beverage with great artistry. Finally, but by no means least, I must highlight Camille and Bernice from Room Service, who were nothing short of extraordinary. As we desired privacy during our anniversary celebration, we opted for in-room dining, and they ensured that our breakfast, lunch, and dinner were absolutely perfect. On the morning of our departure, while having breakfast, there was a knock on our room door and there it was Bernice, with a broad smiling visiting us for our anniversary and delivering a special gift of kindness. We were in complete awe! This was such s thoughtful and beautiful surprise!! I do hope that Bernice receives a promotion! We look forward to having her serve us on our next visit My husband and I departed feeling immensely grateful and deeply satisfied. We are already looking forward to our return and will recommend Royalton Autograph, Negril without hesitation to anyone seeking an unparalleled hospitality experience.

Chana & Donovan have been amazing with providing our drinks and service is top notch. Nothing is never too much for them and always go out of their way.
