Ocean Coral Spring

The resort was nice. We stayed in a privilege, ocean front room. The butler service was great. They were attentive to our needs. The mini bar was restocked daily with beer, sodas, waters, chips, and miniatures. The room was cleaned daily. The privilege amenities made you feel like stars. The entertainment and activities at the resort were entertaining. There were so many restaurants to chose from at the resort. I highly recommend staying at least 4-5 days to explore most of the resort's amenities.

I stayed at this resort for my honeymoon i want to to shout out the Reception team for the incredible service and to Mr Annikey for going above and beyond to make sure this trip was seamless.

Dear Ocean Coral Springs Management Team, I am writing to express our heartfelt gratitude for the most wonderful 10-day experience we had at your resort. This was our second time staying with you as a family, and once again, you made our trip truly unforgettable and deeply meaningful — especially for our children. We initially stayed in room 2430, and when our return flight to Toronto was unexpectedly cancelled due to a snowstorm, your team handled everything with such care and efficiency, quickly placing us into room 2515 for an additional two nights. What could have been a very stressful situation was instead met with warmth, kindness, and genuine hospitality. The Privilege team was exceptional. Everyone was professional, welcoming, and attentive, but I would especially like to recognize Jodian, Sutanya, Roslyn and Selena. When we returned to the resort following the flight cancellation, we were greeted with warm hugs and familiar smiles — a small gesture that meant so much to us during an uncertain and emotional moment. You truly made us feel at home. Your entertainment team also made a lasting impression on our family. Britne and Peppa consistently went out of their way to say hello to our children, making them feel seen, special, and excited each day. Those moments mattered more than you may realize. A special thank-you as well to the bowling team, who faithfully saw us every evening and, with great patience and enthusiasm, practically turned my son into a “professional” bowler. Those nightly routines became some of our favourite family memories from the trip. Thank you again for the care, heart, and consistency your entire team brings to the guest experience. The resort was spotless and very clean with ongoing minor repairs from the last hurricane. The food in the many restaurants was very tasteful and presented artistically. I noticed staff always checking the temperature of the buffet food, which is an indication of good health protocols. The rooms are well maintained and clean, but the doors in the rooms did not close well due to the humidity in Jamaica. The air condition worked well and made sleeping comfortable. The pool area was clean and well maintained with entertainment all day long. The depth of the pool is only about 3 feet deep, making it ideal for young ones. The irritating part was the many smokers around the pool who did not care whether their cancerous habit affected others. Most days the smokers stayed away, or where polite. The beach area is small and well maintained. The evening entertainment on site was very good, but once agin, it was spoiled by many smokers who had to ruin others fun by polluting the air. The staff was always friendly and genuinely asked you how your day was. In all, everything was great (except for those rude smokers) and I wouldn't hesitate returning.
