Hotel was faultless Fantastic location Amazing facilities Cherry on the cake the staff who are all AMAZING from the friendly cleaner's giving a cheerful hello when you leave your room of a morning To the very attentive staff at meal times The amazing and funny bar staff at pool bar And glass collecting staff especially jahanne maddan who worked nitghts at the entertainment bar/ glass collecting! she and my wife are friends for life Not forgetting the entertainment team who work so hard for you from 10 am wake up call to preforming on stage at night and everything in-between Had an amazing 2 week stay and will be returning in the future.

Dark grimy beach water, not the pretty, clear water you go the Carribean to see, limited dining options, mo top shelf liqour. Really nice pools, excellent entertainment each night. Overall okay for someone who has never been on an all inclusive resort or doesn't have high expectations . It is fair for the price.

Good: - bar and restaurant staff attentive, responsive, and really good at customer service - Room a/c worked well - It’s a classic RIU experience, entertainers are good and on time Bad: - buffet restaurant is sizeable but tasteless - Reception staff are actively unpleasant and go out of their way not to help you. No ‘hello, how are you’ or ‘have a nice day’. Service request for a pen, at a five star hotel, was refused on two occasions. The managers didn’t seem to care about giving poor service until threatened with a poor review. - On the eve of my fiancee’s birthday I asked reception to prepare a birthday cake and was abruptly told they would have to check if any were left. - Cleaning service is poor. The floor wasn’t cleaned, table tops also not cleaned. Minibar meant to be restocked every two days but wasn’t. It took a service request to get the shower gel restocked (should be done on regular daily cleaning without request). - The swimming pool is is the dirtiest swimming pool, including all the five RIU resorts I have been to, that I’ve ever seen. Dark black swirly hairs, varying in size from small to lengthy, float around. We will never stay here again and all comments are verifiable on CCTV

I can’t complain everything was really good for the first

First ever holiday in Jamaica and throughly enjoyed, all 4 of us. The hotel itself was very clean, everywhere, as there were cleaning staff always about constantly. The restaurant area was run with pleasant and helpful waiters/waitress's and the selection of food offered a variety for all. Now to the pool area, lounger’s were plentiful, 5 pools and an abundance of things go in on thanks to the entertainment team whether it be pool games, dancing or music. Evening entertainment consisted of a residential band(different singers), beach party, pre show(audience participation, hilarious) then the main show with various artists which the entertainment were involved in and by damn were they exceptional. The bar staff and waiters/waitress’s(Carissa)were very friendly and on the ball constantly fair play. Lastly I’ll go back to the entertainment team because they made our holiday, as they were absolutely fantastic, so so friendly with their mingling with all the guests it was brilliant. I’d like to call a couple of the team out, Roly Poly was hilarious, Shakira was like a daughter to us, so young we always kept an eye out for her, Charlotte(whose birthday it was one day) and lastly Blam Blam Mr Table tennis. Finally give this hotel a try but be warned in a good way it’s lively around the pool area which fantastic 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
