Riu Montego Bay

By the beach beautiful scenery. The resort is nice and walking around was fairly easy. The grounds were kept up pretty well however you did see very little trash or anything. I love how big my balcony was and the room was cleaned daily if you requested. Most mornings I was in the balcony. Eating breakfast. I did not have a view it was just nice to eat outside away from the buffet. Being peaceful. Not really we were there to party. Everyday there was a DJ by the pool and the swim up bar. The energy was amazing and the dj kept the vibes going. Favorite part of the swim up bar was the bartender Dwight. Shout out to he really took care of me my whole stay he needs a raise. Not gonna lie the staff was not really friendly but those that were really stood out. The hotel lobby staff was not inviting. Lobby was beautiful but the staff was not really friendly. Lobby was beautiful. Meet up area in the lobby made it easy to meet up.

To start with the deodorizer in room is choking! Can’t get away from it in the room. Literally. The food is mediocre. Nothing changes. Full bland and gross. The servers are mostly friendly but the people running the store is nasty! 1 $16.00 for a small bag of chips and $26.00 for Tylenol! The drinks are terribly made. Just terrible to drink. The band is great and the shows are great but the beach party is nothing but screaming and yelling. The place is not for adults that want to relax. It’s full of young entitled kids. There’s so much bad here but I’m the grounds are beautiful. That’s the only good thing about it. Never coming back here again. Want to go home two days in! Still have three days to go!

Just got back from the resort it was amazing staff couldnt be more friendly (not for tips) food was amazing in Rose Hall loads of options for each meal even better in the bookable restaurants pools where clean aside from the add bug but you cant stop that beach was lovely entertainment was basic but well done drinks where great and in room optics topped up every two days was fab cant wait to go back

We have just come back from our family holiday at RIU Montego Bay and have had the best time, we wished we had stayed longer! The entertainment team truly made our stay, so attentive, welcoming and always know how to have fun. A special mention to Charlotte, Riri, Stretch, Alex and Dimerio, thank you guys🩷

Hotel was faultless Fantastic location Amazing facilities Cherry on the cake the staff who are all AMAZING from the friendly cleaner's giving a cheerful hello when you leave your room of a morning To the very attentive staff at meal times The amazing and funny bar staff at pool bar And glass collecting staff especially jahanne maddan who worked nitghts at the entertainment bar/ glass collecting! she and my wife are friends for life Not forgetting the entertainment team who work so hard for you from 10 am wake up call to preforming on stage at night and everything in-between Had an amazing 2 week stay and will be returning in the future.
