Sunset at the Palms Resort Spa

The Sunset was a great place to go to relax. From the moment we check in to when we checked out we were treated exceptionally. The beach was beautiful and plenty beach chair to go around. The food was great and the al a cart restaurant were amazing. We will definitely be back.

Sunset at the Palms was suchhhh a vibe. We came to visit to celebrate our Anniversary and it was marvelous. We appreciated the attentive staff, the island feel, and there wasn’t too much noise. The food was delicious!! I could eat curry goat, lamb, beef…. Anything everyday! It is truly all-inclusive. I could go on and on. Key notes: Delroy has to make your strawberry Daquiri, Cashwayne has to make your Bob Marley Shot, and you must bring you an empty Stanley to breakfast for mimosas back in the room! lol. We would absolutely go again! Loved my experience.

Safe, relaxing, and absolutely beautiful place to unwind and relax. The room was beautiful and comfortable. It turned out that having to cross the road to the beach was no problem at all. The crossing guards were always helpful. The staff are kind and attentive. There's no ATM on the property so bring lots of cash. The food was okay. The chicken curry was a standout and I'm always down for salt fish and ackee and oxtails, so I was happy! The beach was phenomenal! The water so clear and the staff maintained the area actively. Some of the hustle men trying to sell their wares, both legal and illegal, were somewhat insistent. But the hotel beach security were quick to intervene. If you like loud music, bubbles in the pool, andkarge resort shenanigans, this is not the place for you. I've been to Jamaica many times, but this was my first time to Negril and Sunset At The Palms will be my go-to spot going forward!

We had such an amazing time at Sunset at the Palms in Negril, Jamaica! 🌴✨ From the moment we arrived, we loved the atmosphere and the beautiful, peaceful setting. The resort is calm, quaint, cozy, and intimate, which made the entire experience feel so relaxing. One of my favorite things was the accommodations. The rooms were absolutely amazing! Each of us had our own little space, almost like a private treehouse. 🌿 It honestly didn’t feel like staying at a traditional hotel at all—and that’s what made it so special. It felt more like having your own little tropical retreat surrounded by nature. The food was great, and the staff and service were absolutely amazing. Everyone was welcoming, friendly, and attentive, which made the experience even better. Overall, I had such a wonderful time at Sunset at the Palms. If you’re looking for somewhere peaceful, cozy, intimate, and surrounded by beautiful scenery, this is definitely a special place to experience. I would love to visit again! 💕🌴

We loved our stay at Sunset at the Palms. The beautiful lush green gardens were a delight to wake up to each morning. There wasnt an issue for us having the beach across the road. It was actually nice having two cimpletely different types of scenery. Gorgeous beach, turquoise waters, lots of shade if you wanted and lots of sun if you wanted. Nice bar and great food for lunch. Great toilets too! The staff are just wonderful here. Always cheerful, happy, and great service. Thank you.
