Sunset at the Palms Resort Spa

This was our second trip to Sunset at the Palms Our trip was from September 26th to October 3rd for our 30th anniversary Just another amazing time at this boutique resort that offers everything you need for a relaxing trip with no crying kids lol The staff is amazing and all of them have a smile to greet you where ever you go I love the people and the island of Jamaica The staff really go out of there way to help you out and make your vacation a good one Shout out to all, here are some names that really stood out for us(sorry if is spelt some names wrong) All the staff at the chefs table and lotus leaf-just an amazing time and so organized All the staff at the beach Gerald,Clevon,Britney,Shannon,Damian(always helping out or cleaning)and my favorite cooks at the beach was Jadene and Demari(keep up the great work you know i believe in you Demari) Grounds keeper Patroy was always keeping the grounds looking sharp I really loved the food set up on the beach and the jerk chicken omg Servers at the main building were Colene,Tednodian,Francios and Claudette with those amazing morning coffees ty Marin McGrowder was a great shift leader and very knowledgeable and helped us out with some great tea info Front staff Jamey is such a nice guy Donna from the front staff return guest went so out her way to help my wife with some stomach issues she had from the night before we left to go to Jamaica ty Donna We met so many nice people including James and Linda from Florida Please try out the cookies they make by the main coffee bar and at the beach bar mmmm so good and get a jiggy coffee and some cookies and relax and enjoy the beach Cant wait for the next trip to SATP Peter and Joan

One of the best experiences I have had. Suck a unique place. Food was great, service was top notch, and fun entertainment.

I have always been a love of rustic location that is close to nature. Sunset at the Palms is all that and more. While night life is less festive than other resorts, if you desire a time away to reset, this is definitely it. The staff were also amazing. Jamey was quite the company and he took me to meet the goats on fhe farm. The food was good. My sister and I had a blast. I would recommend and I will return.

Such a amazing resort!! Third trip! Waited way too long to return Treated like long lost family!! Everything about this property is first class. The staff are amazing Shannon makes the best cappuccinos!!! rooms are plush!! Beach is so beautiful!! Fantastic massage, facial and reflexology for the feet from Shakira in the Lotus Spa.

This was our second time at SATP I only can say WOW! It was our 30th wedding anniversary! The staff made our stay extremely rememberly. Nadine went above and beyond, my nail fell off and she remembered the next day and brought super glue from home and glued my nail back on! Tamika is the sunshine at SATP. Impeccable service always smiling and singing! She took it upon herself on our last dinner to decorate our table so beautiful! Claudette always making our breakfast a pleasure. Odine with his killer smile will make you a wonderful drink! Damien goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable poolside! Brenda at the spa has hands of an angel! The message was incredible! Brittany, Kurt,Jason, Shaniqua, Shirleen, Shalik, Patrick and Cash I just can't say enough about the service, they truly treat you like family! I will see you all again soon! Thank you all again for making our vacation so special ❤️
