Zoetry Montego Bay Jamaica

Not a party place. No social director. Staff #10 Food #8. Location#10 You have a great time relaxing and nobody bothers you. You get a butler to get what you might want/need. Some live music during/after dinner. Its in a quiet residential neighborhood so nothing loud. Once a week a local woodcarver sells from a table and another day there is another person sells misc souveniers. Unlike Negril, where guys stroll along the beach flogging all kinds of stuff all day.

This is a must stay. The staff is absolutely amazing, the food…there is no other property that feed u so much like Zoetry. The ambience there is total relaxation. U feel on top f the world. This is not a vacation that u need another vacation to recover.

This experience was far from satisfactory. Despite the beautiful beach and pool, the customer service was appalling, and the food was equally disappointing, except for the arrival and departure days. I’m deeply disappointed with the amount I spent on what was supposed to be a fantastic vacation, but I left feeling like I had just left a motel instead of a 4-5 star resort. Each day that passed only made the situation worse. The towel room was left unattended, and there was a lack of staff taking drink orders around the pool. The room service was poor, and there were other issues as well. I honestly wouldn’t recommend this hotel in Montego Bay. It’s not what it seemed, and I’m not sure why I chose to stay there.

Resort is very ordinary and not up to the UVC or other Zoerty resorts. Food was awful. Property is dated. Customer experience is POOR.

This resort is very quiet and quaint. No kids which is what we wanted. Too many inconsistencies with the food and service. No clean washcloths for your hand in the restrooms. Had to use toilet paper to dry hands. Food selection was terrible. Always being told they were out of something, whether it was fruit, dessert, or the aim course. Not a lot of options if you don’t eat seafood like my husband, but they offer a $75 steak. Couldn’t get a glass of Pinot Grigio, had to order a full bottle at $72 each night. This was not in peak season and I can’t imagine what it’s like during that time.
