Baobab Beach Resort & Spa

Our stay in Diani was truly wonderful and exceeded all expectations. The service throughout the resort was exceptional, especially around the pool area, where the team ensured we had a great time with fun and engaging activities. The rooms were beautiful, comfortable, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. A special thank you to our room steward, who maintained outstanding cleanliness standards and made us feel completely at home throughout our stay. The reception team was always attentive, friendly, and ready to assist whenever we needed anything. Special appreciation goes to Naomi, Phelly at the front desk, and Mr. Bett for efficiently organizing our transport arrangements. The food selection was excellent, offering a wide variety of options to suit different tastes, nationalities, and dietary preferences. It was also very family-friendly, with plenty of choices for children. The restaurant's décor and ambience were stunning, creating a warm and enjoyable dining experience. The Jambo Team deserves special recognition for their enthusiasm, friendliness, and engaging hospitality, which made our stay even more memorable. We had an amazing experience and cannot wait to return, this time with our parents and family friends. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My experience at Baobab was amazing. Went there with my partner for my birthday and can truly say my stay was worth it. From the rooms, to the food to the hotel staff, everything was great. A lot of available activities. I particularly enjoyed the massage. The hotel also at a beach front where you can do additional activities like jet skiing and boat rides. A special shout out to Mohamed from guest relations, such a kind, friendly and nice person who kept checking on us to ensure we were having a great stay. The hotel is also very kid friendly for those looking for a family stay. Would 100% recommend.

A great overall experience… The rooms are okayish… but better rooms are under construction so hopefully soon they will have better options… property has a lovely vibe… service is slow… while we were here only buffet was there in food… More restaurants are opening in the property. There are no close by restaurants to go and eat so that was our only choice. Being a Vegetarian options were not bad- they make a veg Indian counter in all meals which was nice & the live pasta was amazing. There is a beach attached to the property which is a white sand clean beach. Very comforting and many activities to offer specially for children.
