The hotel is beautifully maintained and boasts stunning white sandy beaches that provide a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, immaculately clean, and well-lit, ensuring a comfortable stay. The dining experience was enjoyable overall, although service was occasionally slower due to a shortage of waitstaff during peak periods. The quality of the food was very good; however, introducing more themed dining evenings would enhance the variety of the culinary experience. The staff were consistently courteous, professional, and efficient, making them one of the hotel's greatest strengths. Their warm hospitality significantly contributed to an enjoyable stay. As there is ongoing construction on the property, noise levels were higher than expected at times. Nevertheless, this did not overshadow what was an overall pleasant family holiday. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return in the future.This version maintains your positive feedback while presenting it in a balanced, professional, and polished manner suitable for posting on a hotel review platform.

Brilliant staff, high quality rooms & facilities, great food.

From the beginning, Yasmin made us feel very welcomed and had a good sense of humour. She offered us some refreshments which we loved and finished. Kazungu at the Karibu restaurant made some of the nicest omelettes I've had. As it says in the name, the staff in the restaurant were very welcoming and helpful. As a family we gained a total of 8kg during our stay thanks to the delicious meals

Had an amazing experience Diani. An all inclusive hotel

I stayed in this resort from 6-17 july (-2 nights safari) with my parents and brother. It was a pleasant vacation from start to end. When we arrived after our long flight we were greeted with big smiles, a hot towel and a beverage. Instead of the usual experience where u have to check-in at the reception they tell you, you can sit down and relax in the lounge where they come to and do the checking-in with you. The rooms were just new after the recent renovation, they perfectly met our expectations. Other parts of the resort were still under renovation which was clearly told to us before hand. Those renovations didn't brother me at all. There was barely any noise at all and if there was it wasn't loud or during the night. The parts of the resort that wasn't still under renovation were perfect. Good food, animation and phenominal views. The employees were extremely nice and warm hearthed. Especially two people, Willy from the pool and Rebecca from the bar. Both those people (and all of them but especially them) were always smiling, making jokes and took time to have a conversation with you. Check-out went smooth aswell, beceause we had to leave early they were so kind to still provide breakfast before the restaurant opened. To summarize my review, this resort is the perfect place for a great vacation!
