Best experience in terms service. Tama was always checking up on us to confirm we were okay.

Everything was 100% perfect. I arrived extremely late due to problems at Nairobi airport and as at when I arrived, the restaurant was already closed and everyone had left the dining area. However, upon hearing my predicament, they recalled the chef back to fix up something for me, and gave me a complimentary room upgrade to a villa. I was highly impressed, especially as it wasn’t even their fault that I arrived so late. I received premium royal treatment throughout, everytime I came across a staff, they’d ask me if I’m doing great and if I’m enjoying myself. I’d rate them a 10/10, they’re the true definition of hospitality. The serenity and ambience is also postcard worthy. I loved every bit of my stay and I will definitely be coming back.

Beautiful property, delicious food, and most importantly, truly exceptional service. Every staff member—from the front desk to the groundskeepers—was so friendly and attentive, always greeting us, checking in, and making sure we were enjoying our holiday. The animation staff also went above and beyond to keep our children entertained and make sure they had a wonderful time. Special recognition to Pascal from the wait staff, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and always made us feel so welcome. The staff are truly what make Diani Sea Lodge such a special and memorable place. We would absolutely return!

I had the best experience with a group of 30 parents with children in diaspora. I enjoyed every bit, the beach front went swimming at the sea and took a walk to the sister hotel and got served there. The room was cleaned every day. The food was the best and to crown it all our last day were I celebrated my company's 3rd anniversary @ Eaglesoar Solutions (Eaglesoar study abroad in Nakuru). The song and dance was beautiful.
