Diani Sea Resort

I very rarely leave negative reviews, but I have no other choice. We didn't get lunch upon arrival, even though we arrived at 2:00 PM. We were given a ground-floor room (425) that smelled so musty it was unbearable; we were offered a switch to the room next door, but the situation was the same. We were told we would be given priority for a room change after breakfast the next day, yet we waited until 4:00 PM and had to lug our own luggage (the bellboy only showed up after it was all over). Overall, it was dirty everywhere, and at the bar, they merely rinsed the glassware over the sink; both of us left suffering from severe gastrointestinal distress. I do not recommend it.

Excellent hotel from start to finish! We stayed as a family for 12 nights— two adults, two children (ages 4 and 5), and a 72-year-old grandmother — and had a wonderful experience. The hotel has an excellent location right on the main Diani Beach, with security 24/7. We felt very safe . The food was excellent, fresh, and very varied, with plenty of options for children as well. There really is something for everyone. The drinks included in the all-inclusive package were also excellent, including alcoholic drinks that were properly made and not watered down. Everything felt high quality and fresh — even fresh coconuts picked from the trees every morning! None of us experienced any stomach problems during our stay, which was very reassuring. Everything we ate felt fresh and well prepared. The staff were fantastic, from the reception team and waiters to the bartenders and luggage staff. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and genuinely willing to assist with anything we needed. There wasn’t a single request they didn’t do their best to help us with.(and succeeded) We also felt very welcome as Israelis. The staff were warm and friendly toward us, and we felt extremely safe throughout our stay. Overall, this is a great hotel , and we would happily come back again. A real piece of heaven! A small note: the rooms could use a little more maintenance. The shower water pressure wasn’t particularly strong, and the toilet flush wasn’t always very powerful. That said, the showers were perfectly usable and we had no real issues using the bathrooms. Highly recommended!

I enjoyed everything there. The rooms were spacious, food was delicious and being prepared there was an added advantage. I loved the workers very welcoming. We were served by Hassan Bahati very humble and sharp to the work, I long to come back again with family, it was the best ever God bless Diani.

We had a really great holiday and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! A special compliment to Mili and Thomas from the entertainment team — they were absolutely fantastic and really helped make our holiday even more enjoyable. We’d also like to give a BIG shout-out to the zookeeper and the “Monkey Police” — they definitely deserve some recognition too! 🐒 Our room was very clean, tidy and well maintained, which we really appreciated. The food was also quite good, especially considering that we are, let’s be honest, rather picky Dutch people! 😂 Overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this place. Thank you to the whole team for a fantastic holiday!

Beautiful resort. Location amazing.Rooms comfortable and clean.Amenities great.Serviced,remarkable and great customer service. Staff,friendly and always helpful. No noise. Just soft background music that is so relaxing. A great staycation. Happy to comeback again.
