Neptune Paradise exceeded our expectations and made our holiday one of the most memorable ones ever. We were in the newly renovated and beautiful Deluxe Ocean View Rooms, which offered the best views of the lively pool area and the sea beyond. The beach is clean and amazing to walk on, especially during sunrise. The service was incredible with the staff going out of their way to make our stay comfortable and easy. The hotel is beyond generous with food and drinks, and the atmosphere of hotel is so relaxing and natural. Our favorite place to hang out was at Paradise dining rooms during meal times. We will definitely be back again to this wonderful hotel.

This place is just perfect if you’re looking for a beach retreat. Beautifully appointed newly refurbished rooms in cute roundhouse cottages. Easy quick access to a magnificent silver sand beach stretching as far as the eyes can see. Great value with full buffet spread. The Baobab Spa is a must. Newly installed gym with ocean views!! What’s not to like. Evening ambience is magical. Didn’t feel busy even though fully booked. Highly recommend! From a picky UK traveller 😁

Amazing 7 nights in Neptune paradise beach resort. The food ,service, entertainment, rooms was perfect. Very beautiful white sand beach and great for swimming. The staff are very friendly from the reception. It was easy to arrange a day safari to tsavo 3 hours drive from our hotel. Stallone our guide was very friendly and professional. Fabulous stay, resort is beautiful, loved our time here can’t wait to come again, all the staff are amazing, can’t do enough for you, rooms are nice, food fabulous, never got bored, loved watching the monkeys, very entertaining, beds are fabulous never slept so well, thank you Neptune can’t wait to see you all again soon
