Voyager Beach Resort

We arrived early afternoon after a train ride from Emali and a few days at Amboseli National Park. My wife and daughter were very sick on arrival. The hotel made special arrangements for them to rest in a room near reception area and were very kind. They even sent a nurse to check them out. That night, I became ill myself and the next day the hotel sent a nurse to help me and give me medicine to control the nausea. We all recovered and enjoyed the great buffets, the pool and facilities of the hotel, including an amazing evening performance of the Lion King story. Our rooms were quiet and overlooked the Indian Ocean. One evening we saw a man leading a camel across the seafront, which the kids loved. Thank you, to the managers and staff at Voyager, for your care and exemplary service.

Room was not as advertised and only after a heated argument with the manger were we moved to what we had booked.

From the moment the horn was blown at the gate to announce our arrival, the hospitality at Voyager Beach Resort was unmatched. Checking in with a cold glass of fresh juice set the tone for a completely stress free holiday. We stayed in a sea-view cabin, and waking up to the view of the Indian Ocean from our balcony was a highlight every morning. The resort’s cruise-ship theme is fun and well-maintained, and having three different pools meant we could easily switch between the lively family pool and a quieter spot whenever we wanted to relax.  The all-inclusive dining really stood out the themed buffet nights had plenty of fresh variety, the afternoon snacks were great, and catching the ocean breeze with cocktails at the Lookout Bar was unbeatable. Huge thanks to the warm, attentive staff and the entertainment team for making our stay so memorable. We will definitely "dock" here again!
