Kudafushi Resort & Spa

We had the most wonderful stay at Kudafushi Resort & Spa. It really is a little slice of paradise. Even when the weather was stormy, the island was absolutely gorgeous, and we loved every minute of our time there. We stayed in an overwater villa, which was absolutely beautiful. Being able to step straight from our villa into the sea was magical! The villa was serviced twice a day and kept immaculate, with fresh towels and everything we needed constantly replenished. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job. It remains quiet even when at full capacity. The food at De’North was consistently excellent. A special mention has to go to the fantastic chefs at the live cooking stations: - Lis, whose exceptional warmth and friendliness made every visit a pleasure. Her eggs were amazing, as were the freshly prepared fish and meat dishes. - Lahiru, who was always there with a huge smile, making the most wonderful waffles, crêpes and pancakes. - Mizan, who prepared some of the best pasta dishes we've had, with beautifully fresh sauces and oils. Absolutely delicious! There are more but unfortunately I don’t have all their names! The sunset bar was also magical! And would highly recommend the à la Carte restaurant sea edge. The staff really made our holiday special. Everyone was so welcoming, kind and attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about making our stay memorable. We are especially grateful to Abu, Mutte and Nilam, who looked after us so wonderfully. There were also so many other lovely members of staff whose names we unfortunately didn't manage to note. We'd really like to extend our thanks to everyone at De’North and Juju, including all those working behind the scenes. Your hard work, warmth and hospitality certainly didn't go unnoticed!. Kudafushi is a truly beautiful place, but it's the people who make it so special. We came away with such lovely memories and are incredibly grateful to everyone who made our holiday and mums birthday so special and enjoyable. I would also recommend the morning yoga classes with Marian and Jess. So peaceful to do by the ocean and the classes were the right amount of challenging. A huge thank you to the entire Kudafushi team. We had an amazing time and would love to return one day!

We had booked the Beach Villa, but when we got there we were upgraded to the Water Villa. The villa was beautiful and the waters are amazing. Thanks to Daria the Guest Relations we had the most wonderful time at Kudafushi. Everyone at the resort were very friendly and welcoming. Lee at the grill station serving excellent meats and fish. Juju Bar staff were amazing and the night entertainment was fantastic. All in all we had the best time.

As this was our very first trip to the Maldives, we had high expectations for our holiday – and Kudafushi Resort not only met them but exceeded them by far! From the moment we arrived, we received a warm welcome from our guest relations representative, Nico, and a member of the hotel management team. We immediately felt welcome. Everything was explained to us in detail, making it easy to find our way around the island from the very beginning. We were also delighted to have the opportunity to spend our first few days in a water villa – a wonderful experience that made our stay even more special. As a couple, we found exactly what we had been looking for at Kudafushi: a dreamlike place to unwind, enjoy quality time together and, of course, explore the fascinating underwater world through snorkelling. The island is a true paradise, offering the perfect escape from everyday life and a wonderful opportunity to relax and recharge. What made this holiday truly exceptional, beyond the breathtaking scenery, was the people. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, attentive and helpful. All our wishes and needs were taken seriously, and we always had the feeling that the team genuinely cared about making every guest’s stay as enjoyable as possible. The atmosphere was warm, personal and almost family-like – a refreshing change from the sometimes impersonal experience of larger resorts. A very special thank you goes to our guest relations representative, Nico! He supported us wonderfully with his exceptional helpfulness, warm personality and personal commitment. He was always available to listen to our requests and played a major role in making our stay an unforgettable experience. You can tell when someone does more than simply perform their job – someone who approaches their work with genuine passion and enthusiasm. That is exactly the impression Nico gave us. Thank you so much for everything! Looking back, we can honestly say with complete confidence: Our stay at Kudafushi was the best beach holiday we have ever had. We returned home with wonderful memories, countless special moments and the feeling that we had discovered a truly extraordinary place. We had a wonderful family holiday at Kudafushi Resort & Spa! The tiny island is beautiful, the beach is breathtaking, and the food was absolutely delicious throughout our stay. We also enjoyed several snorkeling and dolphin-watching excursions, which were fantastic. We were always well accompanied by friendly, knowledgeable guides who made these experiences even more special. A special mention goes to our personal concierge Niko, whose service was exceptional. He was always available to offer advice, help us with anything we needed, and make sure everything was going well. His kindness and attention made our stay even more special. The entire staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly and attentive, making us feel at home from the very beginning. Thank you, Niko and the entire Kudafushi team, for such a memorable holiday!
