NH Collection Maldives Reethi Resort

We recently stayed at NH Collection Maldives Reethi Resort and had an absolutely wonderful time, largely thanks to the incredible team who looked after us from start to finish. The dining experiences were exceptional, and we want to give a huge thank you to Shahid, Majid, Karuna, Reefa, Sneha, Bharati and Smriti in the restaurants. Their attentive, friendly, and flawless service made every meal a pleasure. The housekeeping and front of house teams were equally fantastic—a special mention goes to Kiki for always being so welcoming and ensuring our entire stay was completely comfortable. However, the true test of hospitality comes when things go wrong, and the standout hero of our trip was Rishfan. After we left the island, Rishfan met us in Malé to assist with our flight back to the UK. Unfortunately, our Etihad flight was cancelled, which turned into a complete nightmare as we were travelling with our 19-month-old baby. We were desperately trying to get Etihad to rebook us onto the next available flight as quickly as possible. Even though his official responsibilities likely ended the moment he dropped us at the departure terminal, Rishfan stayed with us for several hours. He went completely above and beyond the call of duty. He advocated for us, spoke to Etihad and airport staff, helped us manage our bags, and stayed with us until 10:00 PM to ensure we got safely onto the boat for an overnight stay. To our complete amazement, he was right there to meet us again at 6:00 AM the next morning to help us and get us checked in for our new flight. Travelling with a toddler during a massive flight disruption is incredibly stressful, but thanks to Rishfan, we felt entirely supported by NH Collection. It was truly the best customer care I have ever experienced in my life. Thank you, Rishfan—you are an amazing person, and the resort is incredibly lucky to have you! We cannot recommend this resort enough, not just for its beauty, but for the genuine heart and dedication of its staff.

I loved the stay on this island! Very close to Hanifaru und beautiful Housereef for Snorkeling. I also visited a lot of yoga and stretch classes from Srinivas! He is such a great teacher - learned more from him in 7 days than from my classes at home over 4 years!

...I can say with complete confidence that this was one of the best vacations I’ve had in the last 7 years of my life. I’ve dreamed of this trip for many years, and now it’s finally happened! If you’re choosing a resort in the Maldives, this is the place for you! A resort with excellent staff (special thanks, of course, to Melroy, Kiki, the Restaurant, Bar and the Kitchen teams — Ali, Melly, Majid, Karuna, Suraj and everyone else who made our trip special!) and a living reef, where even I, who is afraid of sea creatures, enjoyed watching the underwater life. Every day was unique! The resort staff surrounded us with such care and attention that we left almost with tears in our eyes. The amazing spa center, which we were able to enjoy thanks to Melroy, truly creates a relaxing atmosphere in which there is only you, calmness and incredible care. After the renovation, the resort impresses with its magnificent appearance and aesthetically appealing interiors of the residential villas and public areas. I can’t help but mention the wonderful birthday celebration, my favorite musicians who congratulated me in the evening with a wonderful song, and the superb restaurant team — I wanted to hug you all, you touched me so much! I wish prosperity to our beloved resort, which is managed by Valentin Osolos, Melroy Steve Fernandes, and every member of our large and friendly team. You all do your job superbly! We will definitely be back.

No shoes in restaurants, barefoot Island. What a wonderful start for relaxing holiday. All staff exceptional and accommodating to our needs. Thank you esp to majid in main restaurant for helping us get meals and transport back to villa a couple of times when not well. Thankyou to bishal , our villa cleaner for his great work. Always made to feel special. Great snorkelling right on beach fronts, and saw fabulous mantas on our hanifura bay visit. Guide helped alot my partner with aid of tube to hang onto. Resort reopened a d revamped in Dec '25. Beautiful. Only suggestion... get more range in the store. Wanted to buy t.shirt but only men style, and only 2 styles bikinis, handful of swimmer shirts and saw no jewellery. Would have bought if more range. Tku, lynne
