Another wonderful stay at Kurumba. To us, this is just perfect, in our gorgeous beach bungalow half an hour from landing, unpacked and on the beach immediately ! The island is lush and beautiful, the gardens are kept so well, the orchids are stunning. The food in all the restaurants is excellent - Pedro the Executive Chef has a great team and it shows in the variety and quality of every meal. All the team at Kurumba go out of their way to make you feel special, but particular mention has to go to Ali who looks after us in our bungalow so well, to Layaa, Shahu, Brian, Pranay and all the team in Thila, Amil, the most amazing mixologist and Anisha in Kandu bar, and the absolutely delightful Shazu in Vihamaana. If I had to offer anything that would make it even better, I’d suggest an ice cream bar, just think of the flavours you could have 😋😋. One thing - I wish the island would implement a no loud speaker policy. The amount of people that think it is ok to have a conversation or watch a video on loud speaker on their phone is incredibly disappointing. Sadly this seems to be happening more and more everywhere now, but wouldn’t it be great if Kurumba was a haven without it? We absolutely love Kurumba, already booked to come back, can I live there?!

We just returned from our vacation at Kurumba. My daughter and I have been there six times and love it and the people who work there. A big thank you to the staff member who met us at the airport, Russian-speaking Myla at reception, Valentina from the diving center, Islomjon at the beach bar, Shareef at the main restaurant, Arnav and AJ! Wonderful hotel with good service!

I never enjoyed such a beautiful nature with the right comfort, facilities, food, drinks and incomparable staff. Particularly to bar man Islam, Mr Amil, Erica and Shanaja. I miss them already!

Amazing experience at kurumba resort. Islom at the beach bar was the best ever! He was super attentive and made us feel like home!
