We stayed at RIU Atoll in October 2025 and had an unforgettable experience. The water surrounding the atoll is absolutely pristine, creating the perfect backdrop for a relaxing holiday. We had a ground floor beachfront room on the north side, which was spotless, comfortable, and gave us direct access to the soft sand and turquoise sea. The hotel has a wonderfully laid-back, family-friendly atmosphere. The staff were fantastic, going out of their way to make sure our two-year-old daughter was happy and well accommodated, which made our stay stress-free. The food was of a good standard, with plenty of variety to keep everyone satisfied. There are lots of activities on offer, from water sports to excursions, but it’s equally easy to just unwind and soak up the sunshine. We were lucky to enjoy sunny weather throughout our stay, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommended for families or anyone looking for a relaxing island escape. Big shout out to Thaney & Maleesha for making our stay really special !

Amazing stay over New Year. Hotel is excellent with rooms and surrounding areas kept spotlessly clean. We have never met such polite, friendly staff anywhere. They can't do enough for you. Every day cleaning staff created a new towel art on our bed and checked that we were happy with our room. All staff are clearly very proud of their heritage and the hotel put on a fabulous display for New Year's Eve reflecting this. Food was excellent quality with plenty of variety. We agree with other reviews that the hotel never seemed too crowded and there were always plenty of sun loungers for everyone. If you want to be fairly close to the pool, restaurants etc we would suggest requesting blocks 10, 11 or 12 for rooms as these are no more than 5 mins from the main hub of the hotel. Snorkelling equipment is a must as there is so much to see and best to go to the house reef at high tide. We also made use of the watersports facilities. It is definitely worth mentioning that these are only available during high tide so you need to check the board each day for times. Again we found staff very helpful and friendly. All in all a fabulous hotel in a beautiful location with exceptional staff.

We have just returned from another New Year at Riu Atoll. Another fantastic holiday!! Everyone is so friendly....food is great and rooms kept so clean. One stand out person was Marchee.....she was so kind, polite and friendly....but always professional. That you so much for making us so welcome. We wish you the very best in your career.....you are exceptional!!
