Villa Park Sun Island

We really enjoyed with my family. It was our the best travel. Service 10/10. Sandy and Maria made very excellent events for children in kids club. And my thanks to Anie and Masud for good services in saunas and tennis courts 👏👏👏👍

Victoria is absolutely the best host , nothing was to much trouble and went above and beyond for us , And such a beautiful kind lady too , we would have been lost without her her , being it was our first visit to villa park and a piece of paradise on earth

We had an absolutely amazing stay in the Maldives! Everything exceeded our expectations. The island was breathtaking, the beaches were stunning, the water was crystal clear, and the entire atmosphere was simply magical. It was truly a little piece of paradise. What made our stay even more special was the wonderful honeymoon surprise. We were incredibly lucky to receive a complimentary upgrade to a Water Villa as a honeymoon gift! Waking up surrounded by the turquoise ocean, enjoying the beautiful views and having such a unique experience made our honeymoon even more unforgettable. It was such a thoughtful gesture and something we will always remember. We would also like to give special recognition to Simna, our amazing guest relations representative and personal host. She deserves a special mention because she made our entire experience even more wonderful. She was always incredibly kind, helpful, attentive and genuinely caring. She made sure everything was perfect, was always available whenever we needed assistance and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and special. Her positive attitude and warm personality really made a difference. Simna, thank you so much for everything! You made our honeymoon even more memorable. ❤️ The food (especially Thai restuarant), facilities, staff, beautiful surroundings and overall service were fantastic. Every day felt special, and we genuinely didn’t want to leave. If you are considering a trip to the Maldives, we wholeheartedly recommend this resort. Our stay at Villa Park left us with so many wonderful memories, but there is one particular place to which we would like to dedicate a special word of appreciation. Southern Star Restaurant became so much more than just a restaurant to us. It turned into our favourite place to unwind and take a little break from the holiday itself, somewhere we returned to with genuine pleasure every single time. It wasn't even so much about the food, but rather the incredibly warm atmosphere and the people who made it so special. We would especially like to recognise one of the restaurant's wonderful waiters, **Alam**. During our stay, we truly became friends. Every encounter was filled with jokes, smiles and little moments of kindness that gradually became an important part of our holiday. He noticed that I was collecting seashells and started bringing me new ones to add to my collection. He also gave me a lovely little keychain and kept surprising us with thoughtful gestures. Whenever he passed by, he would always ask if we wanted some tea. He even kept charmingly insisting that we try coffee with ice cream, since we ordered ice cream so often! But perhaps the most touching gesture was that he actually came in to work on his day off because it was our last day at the resort, and he wanted to personally take care of our table. That meant more to us than words can express. These things might seem small to some, but they are exactly what genuine hospitality is all about. Alam notices people, remembers their little habits, genuinely cares about their comfort and knows how to make every guest feel special. We genuinely looked forward to every visit to the restaurant, knowing that we would be welcomed not just with a professional smile, but with real warmth and happiness. I would also like to say a few words about the restaurant manager. Having previously worked in the restaurant industry myself, at Four Seasons, I feel I have a good understanding of how much a manager's approach can influence both the working environment and the quality of service. What I particularly appreciated here was the atmosphere of trust, respect and flexibility within the team. The staff seemed comfortable being themselves, expressing their personalities and interacting with guests in a natural and genuine way, rather than simply following a strict script. It is clear that a positive and supportive working environment makes a real difference, and I believe the restaurant manager deserves recognition for creating and maintaining it. A good manager doesn't just organise a team — they create an environment where people feel valued, motivated and confident enough to show their best selves. And that is something I genuinely appreciated during our stay. Thank you, Alam, for your kindness, care, wonderful sense of humour and for putting so much more into your work than simply fulfilling your duties. People like you are a true treasure to any hotel. And thank you to the restaurant management for creating an environment where such genuine hospitality can flourish. People like these are the reason we take home memories that last much longer than the holiday itself. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for all these wonderful moments!

As a second timer in the Maldives I was keen to try a new island. Sun island Villa Park is a bigger resort from Rui Atoll where I stayed previously. It has more to do, the free fishing trip is great (I bought my 7 year old her own life jacket from home for the speed boat over from the airport and this trip which is a tip if you’re a bit cautious like me. Food is a bit repetitive but loads of options. The restaurants are fantastic with amazing views overlooking the sharks and rays. There is a free feeding experience every night which is incredible. The staff are so friendly, they can’t do enough. dilua by the pool is every day keeping his eye out to get you a bed with towels. The room is swept and topped up twice per day. The yoga class that Ani holds each day is extremely good. The beaches the sea life, the snorkeling kayaking and after 1 windsurfing lesson you can take these out too all at your disposal free of charge.
