It was very good. Relaxing atmosphere. The massage done by Reena was much appreciated. Room was very clean.

Arrived after lunch check in at 3 - check out at 12 but £60 to extend room but do have 4 showers available - Did say they would put our cases in locked room when leaving but where left outside by coach pick up worried they would go on wrong coach so put in room ourselves which was left wide open - Hotel rooms are very dated, the water is run by solar panels and are freezing so have to run for about 30 mins wasting water and then a dribble they did say they would fix but didn't make better. Toilet had leak and got wet feet every time we used it. Most staff friendly, rooms cleaned ok but never replaced creamer for coffee and although friends ordered on app for mini bar most items missed. Beaches clean but the sun beds are uncomfortable and i had to go to Dr on return after bruised ribs for 7 days which still have. Good selection of food have to wait quite a while for coffee or drinks at the bar. Unfortunately it would appear locals descend on a weekend and the hotel appears to cater for them louder music, they all load their plates and sit drinking getting moneys worth and the staff appear to serve them first and we felt forgotten. Hotel is not really near anywhere which we should have researched properly, there is a problem with rats but lots of poison down everywhere although did see a few. Loved the stray dogs on the beach but security shh them away Pool also not heated so went in the sea

Great location, facilities and amenities.

Me and my wife came here for our honeymoon, the hotel was amazing. The staff was so attentive and could not do enough for you. The pool was lovely, the beach is absolutely beautiful, such a bonus that you get all of the water-sports included to like kayaking, paddle boarding etc. The Italian restaurant really was the stand out, the food is amazing and service was so good, you can book it as much as you want and it’s also open for lunch too, we opted for this restaurant over the buffet most nights. The buffet still had lots of options and was very nice but it was table service and plenty of menu options in the restaurant. We also had two massages while we was here and again they was great, shoutout to Reena and Drishtina! They gave a lovely back massage and made us feel completely relaxed. The chap running the main bar inside was also so attentive and always ready to serve you another drink, would remember favourite drinks you previously ordered days before and even your room number! Only a couple of things to note is they do try to upsell things, there was a lobster night that you could book for a fee and we must of been asked about 8 times throughout our stay whilst having dinner, you also have to say your room number to a few individuals whilst ordering any drinks and going to dinner. We arrived early around 8am and after a long flight you just want to check in and freshen up before lounging for the day but the room was not available until 2pm, one of those things that cant be helped i suppose but was left scrambling for swim shorts in our luggage in the lobby. Overall we both had an amazing holiday and would 100% recommend the hotel to anyone!
