Casuarina Resort & Spa

We are just leaving now and can only say this hotel is very good. We had a sea facing privilege room. Not much of a sea view but room was nice and spacious fresh towels water and pop everyday and tea coffee. Bathroom quite small but plenty of hot water and a decent powerful shower. Animation team varied with dancers karaoke band singers. Food we thought was fantastic lots of curry dishes and good vegetarian options grilled meats daily and speciality nights and flambé pineapple several nights was gorgeous. We never eat in a hotel restaurant as much on an evening when we are all inclusive but we have ate practically every lunch and dinner in the restaurant and enjoyed every meal. Bar staff and restaurant waiters they deserve praise each and everyone but have to give the biggest mention to Kumal what a great guy!!! His attention made you feel like you were the only person he served he made sure your drinks were replenished without even asking. Even bringing nuts and olives to the table early evening. Others to mention that stood out for us Tirth, Stephan, Loic and Harsh oh and Andrey the beach barman what a great service he provides. Beach was great not too much trouble getting loungers and it wasn’t a problem crossing the road it made it feel like you were escaping from the hotel but still getting your bar service. Hotel constantly being clean and maintained. Bad bits Bring woke by jet wash cleaning paths at 5am Treetops restaurant wasn’t as special as we thought it should be. Lots of birds in the restaurant No option to buy drinks after all inclusive finished. Music just a bit too loud at the pool Pool sunloungers all shaded Overall though we have had a great holiday and the bad bits are just tiny tiny things that wouldn’t put us off coming back again.

A great hotel, very multi generational and multi national. The rooms are perfect with a very large King size bed, we had Room 151 on the ground floor which looked out onto a beautiful garden and the beach. The restaurant was always well staffed. A special thanks to Sunjay who was very sensitive to our granddaughters dietary needs. The food which was always buffet style was different every day and plenty of variety . Both pool areas were well stocked with loungers and rattan arm chairs and tables, not one day did we see towels placed on them which was a joy. The sea was a short hop across the road. My only bad comment was the evening entertainment was very loud, it did stop at 11 every night which was a blessing. The Spa was wonderful, so relaxing.

The room was lovely, clean & comfortable The food was excellent & the cocktails were absolutely amazing 🍹🍸 special Kennny☺️ The staff were fantastic so friendly, welcoming and very attentive throughout our stay - The spa was also a wonderful and relaxing experience 😎The restaurant manager, the chef, waiters, barman, animatrice Sabrina & Mahen a big thks u to the entire team for making our stay so special. Overall, we had an amazing time and truly every moment. I would definitely recommend Casuarina Hotel & Spa and would love to come back again❤️🌴

Had such a lovely experience at Casuarina Spa! ❤️ From the moment we arrived, everyone was so welcoming and friendly. The spa was peaceful and relaxing, and the treatment was honestly exactly what I needed. I also had lunch there and I have to say, the food was SO good! 😍 Everything we had was delicious and nicely prepared. A special thank you to Sanjay, the restaurant manager, who was absolutely amazing. He was so kind, attentive and made sure we were well taken care of throughout our lunch. His hospitality really stood out and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. ❤️ The staff in general were wonderful and you can really feel the warm hospitality there. I genuinely had a great time and left feeling relaxed, happy and well taken care of. Definitely a place I would recommend, and I’ll surely be coming back! 🌸✨ Thank you Casuarina Spa and especially Sanjay for such a beautiful experience! ❤️
